Pattysmiths Upper Coomera — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Avoid at all costs. Yet another horrible experience at Patty Smiths Upper Coomera. In the past we have had bad experiences, including wait times of an hour instore to collect for a few burgers, but we thought we had left it long enough to give them another chance. Initially they were fine, we picked up our orders, only to get it home and find that NEITHER of the two fried chicken burgers we ordered had slaw on them - just chicken, sauce and cheese. My partner called and complained, and the young woman on the phone, who left for a while to apparently converse with the person who makes the burgers, apologised and said they would replace them (she also gave us the option of a store credit, but we had already decided this was our last time eating at PS). So my partner went out of his way to go back there to pick up the correct burgers, only to be told by the barely teenage staff that they would only replace ONE, because they didn't SEE the burgers. Are you kidding me?? They wanted us to bring the burgers in with us to prove it?? And my partner had to make two trips??

Not only did I PAY for two burgers that didn't have the right ingredients in them because their teenage staff have no idea what they are doing, but had to wait an extra half an hour to receive the right burgers, and they refused to replace both. They completely ripped us off! I'm disgusted. What terrible customer service and even worse business practice. The owner clearly pays for the cheapest staff that they can and can't be bothered to train them properly. They owe me a burger....

TLDR; Got raw chicken in our burgers, went back to get new ones and they lied about their supplier having pink chicken. Would not recommend. Good fries though.

My boyfriend and I each got a classic chicken burger combo, the fries were good but the chicken is raw. It felt warm like its meant to, but you can see from the bite I spat out when I saw the color of my burger; if it was any pinker it'd be glowing. Went back to try and talk to the boys working about it and hopefully get a new burger or just a refund, but they just lied and said Inghams chicken is just pink like that because they "juice the shit out of them" lol. We didn't know what to make of that so we looked it up and they say on their website that they don't use any hormones or antibiotics in their chicken... not to mention if this was such a common issue you'd think a single result would've come up about it in a google search, or that the CHICKEN TENDERS I ALSO GOT WOULD BE PINK TOO. Wouldn't have left a bad review if they just apologized and got us...

Burger paddy was as thin as paper Waited 45 minutes of which 20 minutes had our order packed up on the counter waiting for my milkshake. So the meal was cold. Staff arguing with each other. If the staff put their arguing time and energy into actual service they would improve the business Atmosphere was terrible because so many angry people waiting for their order. Seems that Menulog and Uber Eats only need to wait 10 minutes and they weren’t happy about the 10 extra minutes waiting Onion rings were far too salty so after eating 3 rings I threw the rest away. Forget about asking for No Pickles cuz even though they say they’ll do it and even have it written on the packed bag, they still give you pickles.. So meal was cold, paddy so thin it crumbled, too much salt, waiting 45 minutes, listening to staff arguing what else could I rate them but a “1”. Too bad there isn’t a zero.
