I have never met anyone more rude and ridiculous in my life and paid over 2800 for a function where no staff helped anyone were rude to 9 year kids, SOMEKIDS DIDNT WANT TO WKAEBOARD SONINOAID 371 FOR AQUA PARK THEN theyn they said I couldn’t do that and charged me an additional 798 with a 100 service fee 177 GST fee on a 798 bill and 55 dollar credit card fee and still never refunded the 371 back I spent for the kids on aqua park. wakeboarding and aqua park where they told them they had exclusive use of and paid for 21 kids to go on and did not have enough wakeboards for them to use and aqua park unsafe and full of big kids. . No dedicted staff there guests or kids like advertised in the 73.50 per person. Didn’t bring out the extra food I ordered until 2.5 hours into party and had to pay extra to get chips and extra food out because they said the food I preordered and paid for wasn’t ready kitchen was backed up. Let the ice cream cake melt didn’t put I freezer so it was a wet mess when kids ate it. . Extra food don’t bother paying for the whole thing was a total rip off small and ridiculous overpriced. . They also didn’t bring enough food nugget boats and one of the kids was left without lunch crying and hungry, instead of rectifying it and bring the 5 ni8ggets and chips that were in the other boat the staff literally yelled at me in front of the whole party and said it wasn’t her fault. Well a 9 year went hungry because of you . Seriously. This Gold Cosat City council needs to shut down this place and revok the lease and license for the safery issues, fraudulent...

I recently took my son to Gold Coast Wake Park in Oxenford for a surprise day out, and let me tell you, it exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of fantastic.

First off, let me commend the staff for their exceptional organization. Despite it being a busy day, everything ran like clockwork. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff members were friendly, approachable, and clearly passionate about what they do, which instantly put us at ease.

As for the activities themselves, they were an absolute blast! My son couldn't contain his excitement as he tackled the wakeboarding course. Even though it was his first time trying the sport, the instructors were patient and provided clear instructions, ensuring his safety while still allowing him to have a great time. Seeing the smile on his face as he successfully navigated the course was priceless.

The facilities at Gold Coast Wake Park are top-notch. The equipment provided was in excellent condition, and the park itself was well-maintained and clean. We appreciated the amenities available, from the comfortable seating areas for spectators to the onsite café serving delicious refreshments.

Purchase introduction and 1 hour pass. Was not told we had to book, just that we had to be at the park at 12pm Thursday (chosen day) for the introduction session. Got there early Thursday and a guy came and said he would get us straight in on time (great!). Then had to wait and wait just to be told there was no instructor as he had to go build a second cable. Got told we had to book on a Saturday or Sunday. I asked about the weather at the time of booking and was told it was great conditions, sunny, etc. So we booked for Saturday.

Got here Saturday and it's cold and windy. Had the introduction session and it's way too cold. After the introduction session I'm not confident in going on the main cable especially after seeing the rope snap off on my partners first attempt. I enquired at the office about doing something as there is no way I'm going on the main cable and thought perhaps another introduction session would be an option. But no. No refunds, no transfers to an introduction, no transfers to another person. No customer service what so ever.
