PitStop Smokehouse &Cafe — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Just called up to see when the latest time the Pit stop would deliver to our workplace as we called up last week around 1pm and got no answer- fair enough was towards closing time of that day, so called up at 11:30 today to ask when the latest delivery time would be as we have an entire 8 people keen on getting food delivered and would have to get everyones order in time. The lady who answered the phone was arrogant and said you have to place an order right now as she said it was the latest- then after I explained that the Net says 2pm closing time she pushes it out to 12pm and uses the excuse "since covid bla bla bla bla"- Update your internet page with the correct times then, its been 18 months since covid went down. Glad to know we won't be ever ordering...

Unbelievable what just happened.

I went to this coffee shop this morning and sat down on the table while I was waiting for a friend pick me up after I left my car for service near by.

The Cafe was empty and I sat down on the table in the corner away from everyone else.

After about 1 hour waiting there I walked up to have a look at the menu.

So The old lady that works there turned around and instead ask me if I would love to order something. She started to question me why I was there for so long without buy anything and she refused to serve me when I asked for the menu and said clearly GO AWAY I DO NOT WANT TO SEE YOU ANYMORE.

That’s the worst experience I have ever had in Australia.

For was I saw she hates her job and I feel so sorry for her.
