Filla Bakery — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Extremely Unprofessional. Bad work ethics. Gender bias. Poor management. Terrible old glitching programs that need desperate updating. No equality. Favouritism. Racially Bias. The absolute worst place to work at. I would not recommend Filla bakery to anyone as a place to work at. I’ve worked at many places and have never experienced such humiliating behaviour. These people are unkind, rude, arrogant and ignorant. If you don’t speak Turkish please don’t even bother considering a position here, as they will speak in Turkish all day and completely isolate you in any office discussions. There’s nothing much I can do than warn others to watch out before they step foot in a toxic and hostile work environment. I’ve had my experience, 3 weeks and 2 days was enough for me to walk out without any regret and with my head held high as my self respect and my dignity is much higher than any wage anyone could offer. Don’t get me wrong they make a great first expression! But they’re quite cunning, it’s only when you start working with them do you realise how deceiving first expressions can be. Best Lebanese bread in QLD, best Price as well! I am so happy that now it is available at Woolworth stores makes it very convenient, however half the time the shelfs are empty!
