Saint Coffee Collective — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

I am always hesitant of trying new coffee places. If I’m going to spend money on coffee, I want it to be worth it. Caught the tram to the hospital to visit family and came across this place. You’ll find them located in the kiosk at the tram stop before going up the stairs and escalator to the hospital.

I saw a group of hospital staff waiting for their coffees. I thought to myself “well the coffee here must be good that staff would walk to this kiosk outside the hospital knowing full well that there are already coffee places in the hospital”.

I normally buy a small coffee if I’m trying out a new place but I thought the coffee here will be good so big size it is! I WAS NOT disappointed! My normal order is an oat cappuccino and the way they made it was PERFECT and it tasted sooooo GOOD!!

I have had one or two coffees every day for the last 15 years. I have had coffees in many different countries and all over Australia. The coffee I routinely get here has been absolutely unmatched in the consistency and quality. I think not that it’s just the best place to get coffee in the area but really the best coffee I have ever had. Plus the staff are always super nice and the shop is always clean.
