Went to this restaurant during our stay at SeaWorld Resort.
HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I BEEN? Six times
OUR EXPERIENCE It is a buffet style restaurant. Plenty of variety to choose from and fairly price, given the range of food available Food was generally good quality, not fine dining (lol) but still good.
STAFF Friendly, busy and understaffed for simple things like signing patron in, managing payments and answer phones. They were all very focussed on keeping the buffet topped up and clearing tables for new patrons to sit at.
BEST FEATURES Good variety of food to try and enjoy Seafood buffet on Saturdays and Sundays but it is a cold-sea food buffet with some warm seafood like paella and fish.
TIPS Wake up earlier and arrive at 7 or 7.15am for breakfast and avoid long waiting times. If you arrive at 8-9am on a weekend day you may wait 20-30mins Just to get into the restaurant, even when there are vacant tables.
LIMITATIONS Understaffed, as mentioned above. Some warm breakfast dish that does not contain egg would be nice. Limited options for vegetarians or vegans except cold fruit and cold salad.
COST Not cheap, but good value in terms of bulk and variety Sometimes the resort offers a 2 for 1 special which makes dining here far more feasible
ATMOSPHERE Busy but enjoyable
PARKING At Sea World Resort. Free.
CLEANLINESS We found the restaurant to be clean and whilst it was busy staff work working tirelessly to clean tables for next patrons to arrive.
WOULD WE GO THERE AGAIN? Yes. Convenient, if staying at the Sea...

It was disappointing, waited a long time to go eat there only to find out they ran out of seafood by 7pm the rest of the food was crap. chicken so overcooked it bounced of the table. The salad bar looked like left overs from last week just chucked in bowls. The type of dishes changed every time one ran out and they wernt labeled couldve been seeving food from the exhibits for all we know. Veggies cooked that much baby food would have tasted better at that stage. The dog food i served my dogs that night looked more appetising then the meats served that night. Watched staff sit new customers at tables that already had customers, so watching people come back from the buffet to thier table to find new customers sitting there was not a good look for the overall management. Offered a refund as the manger had no idea what was being served nor that they had run out of seafood. Manger admitted it was not good at all only after he was taken to every staion to see for himself, took over a month for a refund after nermouse phone calls. Very dissapionting. Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone save your money and...
Read moreNot a very pleasant evening, we went to shoreline for a birthday dinner and paid $49 per adult, wasnât a particularly busy evening though the service was terrible. We had to ask for plates when getting food, bowls when getting desserts and cutlery was never available we had to ask for that too. The prawns were put out frozen and the other options were almost always empty meaning we had to also ask when more food was going to be available. The dessert options also ran out rather early. Our table was not cleared at all while we were there in fact we had to ask where to put the dirty dishes so we could enjoy a coffee after our meal, the staff never came back to clear the table. Despite not being full the tables were all crammed in and half of our table struggled to get out of their seats because we were so close to the table behind us. To top it off we ordered drinks and the beers came out room temperature! Would recommend you stay away from Shoreline, find another buffet weâre told QT is...
