Tees' Clubhouse — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Although the reviews are reasonably positive, our experience was not great. When ordering they expected us to pay extra as they didn’t have change for cash. After ordering, the food took ages to come and when it arrived it was cold and was definitely not worth the price. The eggs and bacon were burnt and the portions were very small and not presented well. I’m not one to have high expectations but my experience here was disappointing. Not to mention we didn’t get any cutlery or napkins and had to get them ourselves. There were ibis on the tables eating leftover food and hair in my breakfast burger. 5 of us ladies came here for Melbourne Cup Lunch. It was absolutely amazing! Thanks to all staff for the friendly and fast service. Food was presented so beautifully and tasted amazing!(Soooo much food too!!) Cocktails came out quick and were awesome! The singer topped the day off. I would love to say I was just blown away by the food, service and atmosphere at Tees club house but I wasn’t. We were in the area and decided to go here for lunch.
