Zarraffa's Coffee Nerang — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

The coffee here isn’t too bad, I like the new bean however the constant forceful upselling is just too full on. I went to order a few drinks and food this morning and the girl wouldn’t let me get 2 words out before trying to upsell me something. I ended up having to ask her to please let me finish my order without cutting me off with an upsell, Literally every thing I said was either cut off or immediately followed with an attempted upsell to the point where I struggled to finish asking for what I actually wanted. Then when I got to the window to collect my drinks, one of them was incorrect. She was so busy trying to upsell me that she didn’t listen to my order and got it wrong. I got the worst drink I could possibly have ordered here, but I would like to clarify NOT at the fault of the staff there. I need to stop buying iced teas from Zarraffas, they're terrible every single time no matter where I get them from. The title of iced tea calls to me unfortunately. Overall though, fast service, clean store and the staff were super friendly! Not their fault that the iced teas suck, my siblings coffee fusion was super good, too! I recommend them! When I decide to power through getting a coffee, they're fantastic! Though I cannot with a genuine heart recommend any of Zarraffas iced tea drinks unless you need a sugar induced coma. Great...

Best coffee I've ever had in my life. the only issue is that the prices are through the roof expensive. You would think being a chain of coffee shops that prices would be cheaper than independent coffee stores. Instead it's nearly double the price. Doesn't make sense because in every other industry, a chain is always cheaper.
