DO NOT STAY HERE! PROs • The room was small but clean. • There was a mobile column heater to take the chill off the air. • A towel and soap were provided. • Tea and coffee making facility.

We should have been told this when booking. • No face washer was provided. • The towels were faded and a bit scratchy. • Amenities were scant. For about 20 rooms, there were only 2 male and 2 female toilets downstairs and 1 male and 1 female ensuite-type bathroom upstairs. • No power point in the bathroom. • No mirror in bedroom. • Bathroom windows had a gap high up through which the wind blew making it extremely cold for a morning shower. • Room had a map showing the fire escape routes, but there was no assembly area designated. • Fire alarm went off late afternoon, only to be turned off a couple of minutes later. • The fire alarm went off again at 3 am and was turned off after about 5 minutes. • The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. • The TV only got the primary free-to-air stations, e.g. it received the ABC but not ABC2, ABC3 or ABC News 24.
