KFC Goulburn South — Restaurant in Goulburn

Soul Goulburn KFC is disgusting, you can clearly see by the 2.9 stars. Every review says it all.

Firstly:

Cleanliness: The bathrooms are disgusting, poop and vomit on the walls and floor, no toilet paper, no soap for anything. Products everywhere.

Disgusting. The tables in your store, they had rubbish and items, they looked like they haven't been wiped in about a year, We had to then pick up other peoples rubbish and place it in the bin. Your job is to keep your store clean and fresh, and you haven't reached that goal.

Food: The food was so gross, with burnt and stale chicken, no seasoning on the chips, drinks missing, and the sauces that we paid for were also missing, it was the worst looking food i had ever had.

Staff: Your staff stood behind the chip section laughing and talking while we WAITED FOR 30 MINUTES. it was disgusting, there main focus was the drive thru instead of the in-store customers, that have come in to your store. disgusting.

One Staff: This staff named " nick " was disgusting he shifted on 8th of September around 1:00pm, he was all over the place he had no gloves on, he was putting bread roles in that looked stale, they were placed roughly and dropped. He then SNEEZED on peoples food which i thought was disgusting. while we waiting for the first 15 minutes, one of his friends come into the store, and he's straight over to the counter talking to his friend while we had been waiting for ages already. He takes his order and gives it to him in the first 3 minutes, he order just a tenders box and got it instantly, leaving the rest of us customers to wait. I went up and asked for the tables to be cleaned, nick then comes out and sits at the table, near peoples food with cleaning product, and just sits there wiping the table, i don't even think he sprayed the table. This place didn't even have a smile by the employees, it was disgusting and NEVER will be returning.

DISGUSTING! what happened to CHAMPS? Cleanliness: the restaurant had greasy floors, tables were ALL dirty with food scraps. Hospitality: There wasn’t any Accuracy: I ordered a giant feast, the chicken pieces were correct wing, thigh, drum, breast, rib ratio. Nothing was missing from my order. Maintenance: Nothing on this day was maintained. Product quality: DISGUSTING! The chicken was greasy and I could tell it was well over 4 hours in the warmers I could also see that it was cooked in dirty oil, the chips were over salted which made sense to me because they had a soggy texture indicating they had been too long in the scoop, KFC chips should not be soggy! The popcorn chicken was great I believe because of this alone that at least these vats had cleanish oil. Service: My order took over 20 minutes, the restaurant was not busy and I could tell from the quality of food that it wasn’t because of cooking time, staff seemed unsure and idle at times, the girl that gave me my order apologised for the delay but I can’t thank her because her name tag was obscure, none of the staff had a smile.

My first job was with KFC, I was an all star and enjoyed this fast paced work environment my team won CHAMPS challenge.

This restaurant needs a major reassessment so that it can continue trading under KFC name. I highly recommend not to eat at...

Who doesn’t love kfc on a road trip.

We stopped at this kfc twice, once on the way up to Lake Macquarie and once on the way back. The first time the service was avg, food avg and items forgotten, cleanliness of the toilets and inside space board line passable. We let it go as it was put down to a one off.

However we came past on the way home and it was even worse. We ordered at 12.11pm and we received our food at 12.49pm. Noting I stood there and watched all the food from the back be pushed fwd while the front end fumbled around while all the food went cold. They were so poorly managed. We asked to see the manager at 12.44 only to be told, sorry and do you want to leave and get your money back. Yeah no worries I just waited over 30min to walk out the door. Then the manager said he was out the back all the time and didn’t realise, oh my god, he has no clue at what is going on in his store.

Finally we get our food, order is wrong. Chips way over cooked, dry chicken.

The store was an absolute mess. I have attached some images. The toilets were unusable, not one but all.

My complaint will be going higher up as this can’t be the acceptable standard and I feel it’s a major health and safety risk.

My advice do not go to this store, there are a heap of other food...
