The most abhorrent incredulous "customer service "I've ever received from any business I've ever encountered, or heard of. Left my pizza on the side of the road , driver didn't tell us , neighbour alerted us , found 3 pizzas with ants through them. "Manager " who initially identified himself as " Zac" ( but turned up with a name badge of Michael) when I asked for them to be remade ( as per customer guarantee apparently) let himself into my property in a manner designed to intimidate me :( no luck there I'm afraid )advised me that this was my fault because i clicked " contactless delivery" ( which i did not, and wasn't even given the option during order) and he said clearly lying) and THEN PROCEEDED TO ARGUE WITH ME AND WHEN ASKED TO LEAVE, DID NOT MOVE AND CONTINUED TO ARGUE ABOUT THE ISSUE. HE WAS ASKED TO LEAVE 4 SEPARATE TIMES AND WAD ADVISED POLICE WOULD BE CALLED. He once again ignored this request and I advised him I was a licensed security guard and he was indeed, trespassing and trying to, literally intimidate me and on my own property. All over being completely fixated on being right even when clearly in the wrong on all fronts. I'll admit I was livid when he arrived but your staff member exacerbated this situation, indeed actually caused it, because he decided that the actions of his staff were acceptable and he was the guy that was going to enforce his own brand of .....who knows ? I don't spend money on dinner for my family for it to be literally LEFT OUTSIDE THE FENCE OF MY PROPERTY ON THE FOOTPATH. LETS NOT EVEN MENTION FOOD HYGEINE LAWS. ...AND WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN TO START WITH HIS REFUSAL TO LEAVE MY PROPERTY ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, HIS CONDUCT AND MANNER WITNESSED BY MULTIPLE NEIGHBOURS AT THE TIME?
This person was unhinged , clearly has mental health issues, possible substance abuse issues, lied and created detail about events in a devious way to escape accountability and reinforce winning his ... egomaniacal point., and believes he is entitled to act in a demonstrative, aggressive and inflammatory manner All whilst wearing the Dominoes Brand on his shirt....and all because I dare hold them accountable for their smart tone when discussing issues , their deliberately devious and unhelpful manner, deliberately delivered in such a way to be as unhelpful and insulting as possible to your customer.
I'll be lodging a police complaint about his refusal to leave with witness statements , and will be making sure that this person is held accountable. Head office don't take complaint calls, provide an answering machine ( obviously deliberately keeping customer issues at arms length), so it's easy to judge that staff culture is rotten in that business, and the total lack of any care flows downwards
I have a family pets and property that I now hold safety issues for, as this vindictive, unhinged narcissistic megalomaniac is capable of being that ....low.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn Wednesday 13th April I ordered online 3 Supreme pizzas (all the same) from Dominos Birkdale to be delivered.
When the pizzas arrived approximately 20 minutes after ordering the delivery driver did not knock as I specifically requested in the notes when I ordered. Luckily I had the door open and heard them so I could bring them inside immediately.
The pizzas were barely warm, not hot and not up to the usual standard so I rang the store and asked to speak to the Manager. She said they could re-make the pizzas and pick up the original ones but I explained that I was short on time and had to go out which is why I had them delivered instead of picking them up in the first place. I told her I would be happy to have a credit for next time. She asked what was wrong with the pizzas and I told her the bases were soggy on all 3, there was hardly any pineapple or capsicum on 2 of them and 2 of them were burnt around the edges and not cut through so when you went to pick up a piece you had to rip it off the whole pizza. She asked for me to send a photo and she would get back to me. I said she could check the pizzas on their camera system which shows how your pizza is made and she advised that it was broken so I sent a photo of all 3 pizzas to the number she provided to me.
I phoned the store back approximately an hour and a half later as I had no response and again asked to speak to the Manager. When I asked why she had not called me back she told me that she was waiting for the Franchisee to get back to her. She told me that he is very busy as he is the Franchisee of 7 stores. I asked her what the process was once the Franchisee got back to her. She then told me that she personally couldn't see anything wrong with the pizzas and completely disregarded anything else I had to say. I told her that if she thinks it is ok that such poor quality pizzas be delivered then that isn't very good customer service. I told her that I maybe get pizza from there 6 times a year so not often, and the last few times I have had the exact same pizzas from there they have been perfect but not this time. I told her I would wait for a call from either her or the Franchisee. I am still waiting for a call...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn this date around 1950hrs, a bike delivery staff member and a back room staff member were involved in an altercation outside of the back door of the Birkdale store. The bike rider had loaded a delivery and raced up the footpath, turned around and raced back down the footpath and met another staff member at the back door. The other staff member then pushed the bike rider off the bike, the bike landing on its side. The 2 staff members then proceded to either muck around fighting or seriously fight, the bike still on its side and the pizza bags on thier side as well. Myself and my brother yelled out to them from across the road to stop the behaviour and suggested they remake the pizzas for the customer. The bike rider got on the bike and the other staff member used his hands to rearrange the pizzas before sending the bike rider on his way before going back into the store. I immediatly went inside and saw the staff member in the back room laughing to a female staff member who then came to the counter. I retold the incident to her and she said she would get the 2 managers that were on duty. 2 other female staff managers came to the counter and I again retold the incident. I was assured that the bike delivery rider would be recalled and the pizzas remade for the customer, however as previous concerns of mine that have been lodged with the Birkdale store in regards to the quality and or standards have all been ignored, I am now going direct to the company.
