Did not have a good experience. Waited 30 mins for our meals to arrive. Waitress delivered to our table, but we never got our drinks so I went inside to enquire and was told "you can get them yourself" whilst the staff member indicated to the fridge in the corner (with a sour attitude). I ignored the attitude, got my drinks and returned to my table. Then we found a piece of broken plastic in the $30 Litt burger, and the loaded fries were cold. Took the plastic inside and gave it to the staff member. Told her I wasn't happy about the "get it yourself" comment, nor am I happy that my chips were cold and the burger had plastic in it. The plastic was a sharp shard, that looked like it snapped off the lid of a Chinese container. The staff member apologised for the plastic and said she would lodge a report to find out how it happened, no comments about her colleagues rudeness, and said she didn't know why my chips were cold because "we have a heatlamp". I get that they were busy, but why leave my meal under a heat lamp instead of just bringing it 7m to my table. The food itself tasted good (shame it wasn't warm or plastic free), but this was such a disappointing visit as the place is so poorly run. The staff member did offer to remake the meals, but after we had already waited 30 minutes for these, I didn't see the point in having it remade. Would not recommend this...
