Customer service was terrible and non existent. Waited 25 mins for our order of 5 snack boxes. Waited instore with only 1 customer order ahead of ours for that time. Only one staff member on front servicing the instore orders and taking orders. That staff member was extremely slow and apathetic. Management not doing a great job of training, the staff member half did an order then went to serve at the til taking a furthur 8+ orders without stopping, the previous order sat there getting cold. In the meantime the drive thru was being pumped through by the staff in the back. A couple of times those 4-5 back of store staff members came up the front to laugh and muck about with each other but not to help the front serice girl instead distract her further. It appeared there was another Manager who was a part of this group. I thought maybe they had been understaffed which then made it understandable but seeing the group of extra staff just mucking around. A young female Manager came out twice to resolve a couple of customer issues at the til but didn't then stay to help the girl with getting out the orders. The girl on counter just stood next the manager while she was doing this watching her instead of getting the orders out. I spoke to the Manager at that point as it had been close to 20 mins I asked "Please could my order done as its been nearly 20 mins". She seemed pretty disinterested and said yes it will be done straight away. The Manager went back to the office without helping. The front girl without picking up any pace further took more orders and finally did some orders. Doing some orders first that were after ours. After 25 mins we finally got our order. The Manager had to come out a second time for an another issue. I did say to the manager when getting our order that I didn't blame the front service girl but Management need to address these issues as 25 mins is too long to wait. She went on to give a disinterested Sorry and said she was in the office. Look I really don't expect a lot it is a fast food store the whole point of going there is its fast... Totally happy to wait if you can see staff are under the pump, if there was lots of orders before mine and staff working hard to get through them but this was complete opposite. My bad for not reading the previous reviews before heading to this KFC. Hygiene not great when taking cash and putting through orders then heading back over to the food area to do the orders without gloves or even a quick squirt of sanitiser..gross. The orders in the end were half cold as 2 of the boxes sat half done for quite a while. The chips were undercooked and soggy at the same time. Edit: 30 minutes after ordering, we got some popcorn chicken that was dry, shrivelled and hard, yet chips that were undercooked, cold and soggy.
