In response to your reply, PLS note, it was the hostile approach which really got to ne. I DO understand Covid restrictions and social distancing, but that didn't stop you letting other in. I'm not the only one stating the attitude of staff, so take it on board!! 4.3 Rating really isn't that good is it. I went there today, and wanted a take out. I signed in the Covid book and was quickly greeted outside by an attendant who told me to wait outside and she would bring the menu on an iPad to me. Being a first time customer, and having to try make a decision on an iPad ....? Seriously? Why couldn't we go in? I was only allowed in to pay then same attendant told me to wait outside again. Treated like a dog. Just rude!! While those that sit down could choose from the rotating train. All I wanted was to pick what I wanted. Needless to say I probably spent more than the average person sitting down!!! Judging by the other bad reviews I'd say they have a lot of customer service work to do on themselves. I had escaped a cult and was on the brink of death. My limbs were gone. I was dragging myself along with my teeth which were ripping off. I was sure I was not going to survive. Then I came across an open door. I dragged myself one more time inside the door and was saying my last words. I'm not ready to die- BAM the owners found me, they were glowing with aura. Outstanding meals my friends got sushi I got sashimi dish on this visit .. very clean and strict covid protocols in place its a hidden store but worth finding its not far out of the way .. individual dishes are cheap . However if you eat as much as me then it will cost alot but you get what you pay for quaility dishes.
