Lawnton country markets Bakery — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I’m not normally one to post this sort of thing however today I had an experience that absolutely horrified me. I went to the bakery in Lawnton across from Bunnings. The packet of bread rolls I selected had a live fly sealed in the bag. I handed it to the young lady at the counter and explained I was going to buy it but found a fly and showed it to her (running around in the bag) I was holding different rolls of a larger size in my other hand. She took the rolls out back (I assumed to bin) and then returned. She was holding them. She stated “I took the fly out do you still want these ones or?” My face must have been a sight to see.. I put down the ones I was holding and said: “god no! You’re not seriously going to sell those to another customer!?!?! Partner brought two pies and a sausage roll this morning around 5:45. We live about a 5 minute drive from the bakery. When he ate his pie after one bite it completely fell apart. He had to eat it with a spoon. The pastry was not fully cooked and the filling does not really taste very nice. It was a steak bacon and cheese pie and the steak filling is more along the lines of low grade mince. The sausage roll was also not completely cooked and the filling tasted slightly raw. Lawnton bakery is another great example of their staff especially the chefs that they do not give a dam about their store and customers. Cannot even be bothered to taste test other near by bakers LIKE Petrie bakery puts lawnton bakery to shame. Lawnton bakery is way over priced and their food is below satisfactory! Sham on you all Lawnton bakery! my family and friends will never go to lawnton bakery ever again. Per year how much have you lost because of incompetence now? Will they wake up? I highly doubt it!
