Every time we visit this place it has the friendliest most welcoming staff and a huge draw card is that dogs are just as welcomed as their humans are. On the menu you will find Puppuccino for your four legged friend and for the humans the BEST Ham and Cheese Toasties ever, along with a variety of coffees, teas, hot chocolate and other food and drink (hot and cold) items. You can’t go far wrong with a steaming hot frothy cup of Turkish Delight Hot Chocolate with Marshmallow for example on these cooler days to warm your hands and your soul or why not try a heart starter of a four shot Expresso with a side order of Bagel and Creamed Cheese. Walked in about 10.00am on saturday 08.10.22. Young guy and girl were the staff. Young girl was serving the customer while i patiently waited to be served. She continued chatting with them in a conversation and actually stopped working for 45 seconds while engaging with them. I was still waiting to be served let alone greeted at all after about 4 minutes (no other customers in the store) Completly ignored like i was invisible, even after the customer being served mentioned to her that i had not been served. Absolutly shocking service. Hence, i quitley walked out and went to Lawnton Coffee Shop 100mtrs away. I was greeted and acknowledged immediatley on entering and made my purchase there instead. Not good enough to be ignored and will not be back. However the lady that does work...
