I was more than impressed about how staff regularly carry out cleaning of all areas of the club.

EDITED REVIEW 03 FEB 25 Norths has contacted me regarding the below issue and sought to rectify this with haste. They are seeking to rectify this ASAP.

Both my husband and I are ex-serving members of the ADF, and yesterday marked a significant day for us, as it was the day of my husband’s medical retirement. Hence why it was an obvious choice for us as the venue to celebrate at.

We had a 5:00 PM dinner booking at the club to commemorate the occasion.

While at the bar closest to the bistro, I ordered three non-alcoholic drinks, including two mocktails. Unfortunately, the bartender misunderstood my order and provided alcoholic cocktails instead. This mistake could have had severe consequences for my husband, who is on medication that interacts dangerously with alcohol.

Upon reviewing the menu afterward, I realized that both the cocktail and mocktail lists contain drinks with the exact same names. I had only looked at the mocktail list when ordering, and I was unaware that identical names appeared on the cocktail menu as well. This understandably led to the misinterpretation by the bartender, but it is a significant issue that needs to be addressed to prevent similar incidents in the future.

When I raised the issue with the bartender, I was met with neither an apology nor an offer of a refund, which was disappointing. Given the importance of responsible service of alcohol, I expected greater care from your staff in handling drink orders, particularly when such a critical error...
