I bought the house in June last year, and I’ve decided to post this review because I believe people should be aware of what to expect when buying a property through them.

As a first home buyer, I expected professionalism, respect, and some patience from the real estate agent – unfortunately, I received none of that. I felt belittled and embarrassed every time I asked a question about the property, simply because I didn’t have experience. Yes, the agent is paid by the seller, but I was the one spending the biggest amount of money in my life. I had every right to ask questions.

After settlement, I refused to accept the gift hamper because I was so disappointed by the entire process. The reception staff kindly offered to let me speak with a manager, but at that point, I didn’t want to waste any more of my time.

Later, the agent messaged me, saying things like “Not sure how any of the negativity was our fault” and “Hardly our fault” that I was hard to reach, blaming my job (I work as a flight attendant) for the poor communication. Being unavailable at times due to work is understandable, but it doesn't justify rude or dismissive behavior.

In the end, I did buy a house, but the experience left a bad taste. I’ve already shared my experience with my colleagues, many of whom also work in aviation, and I know they’ll avoid this agency in the future.

Sometimes it’s exiting to move into a new home, whether it’s a rental or you’re buying and sometime it’s about the experience you receive from the people making it happen.

So after a absolutely tragic start with another company by some amazing twist I was shifted to Ray white kallangur for them to take over as our property managers.

I must write that this has been a most surprisingly refreshing experience, the owners of the business are very set on professionalism and most importantly have our best interests at the core of their endeavours.

I didn’t have to write this, but I thought I would as I know they are a relatively new business and started out can be hard, but as far as recommending them for the anyone looking to either rent through them or lease through them for the future this is of high recommendation and I am pleased to say so.
