Red Rooster Arana Hills — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

Was totally surprised that in 2021 this restaurant does NOT have disability access :( Someone who has a wheeled walker to aid in stability had to lift the walker up the step up to get into the restaurant. Where is the disability parking? We could not see it clearly Staff were friendly but all repeated the same greeting. Almost like they were all drilled to say "have a lovely day", never looked at the customer and in one instance was turned away going back to the kitchen as she was saying it. It was very odd and robotic. Was quite clear about food order when I placed it, I repeated it and the server, repeated it. They still got one part of the order wrong. When queried they acknowledged it was wrong took it back and poured some sauce over the chicken. In addition the food was not hot or even warm but room temperature. Very...

I made a large order through uber eats. Ny food arrived on time, it was packed correctly, presented neatly, sufficiently served and freshly cooked. I order food delivery often and many other fast food chains constantly miss items that I have ordered, and I mean more than just a couple of items even. But when my food arrived I was so impressed with having my full order come to me without issue helped me to let go of my more important problems tonight. Thank you to the staff that handled my order. I noticed the receipt and I appreciate you all for having a method in place to ensure the customer receives all their correct items. Also the vanilla slice bites were amazing, i love them. GUYS! WHAT HAPPENED!? You used to have the best chips around. I would get a burger from somewhere else and go out of my way to come in for your chips. Crazy? Maybe. But it's not my fault they were irresistible. How times have changed. I've been to both the Strathpine and Arana Hills stores over the last few weeks and the quality across both stores has been consistently poor. Hot but soggy and undercooked. Are you trying to save money by running the fry vats at a cooler temperature? Have you got new staff on who are compromising the quality? Whatever the reason I'm not going to bother coming back. Horrible chips is the reason I cut KFC out of my life 10 years ago. It breaks my heart to lose another friend...
