Red Rooster Burpengary — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

The chicken here is amazing, the wraps are the star to their menu, but the breading and chips are almost always soggy, the drive thru staff have almost no training and their speaker box is broken, also you can hear the speaker box around noon when the birds start stirring, the deals here are a bit steep, there parking is pretty bad, and the location isn't appealing. Apart from that most of the food here comes out completely cooked unlike most fast food restaurants regardless of temperature. So take that at face value if you will. The drinks here are dear, and the deserts have bad texture and are practically tasteless. I suggest switching things up, on the rooster rolls there isn't enough...

After confirming my order twice, you still had it wrong and forgot to make all of what I ordered. Ordering chicken tenders and it looked like some of them was broken in half to make up for the 6 I ordered. The gravy is way to much and clearly looking at cutting cost on the meals. The chicken pieces was small and not as advertised. After getting home realizing that the order was incomplete and completely wrong. I had to drive back to the store. and was told by one of the staff after lightly saying what can I get for my inconvenience, "You can have what you paid for" I am not happy and will think twice...

Today I ordered a Ripper roll meal & Rooster roll meal & pack of 10 chicken nuggets. The Ripper roll was made fresh & the Rooster roll was pre made & microwaved. The Ripper roll was fine but the Rooster roll was soggy & didn't task very nice. I feel if time was needed to make the Ripper roll then the same could be done for the other. Service was slow, staff taking time to acknowledge someone was at the counter. Staff need to pick up the game & management needs to look at preparation/cooking processes of the Red Rosster products.
