We placed an order New years Night (9.15pm), and we had email confirmation and even an SMS advising delivery would be in 25-30 minutes. After waiting an hour and trying to call through to the store it looked amiss, and after 2 hours i figured this was a no go.
The next day we were called and the team member explained we missed delivery times by 15 minutes, fair enough, even though this was not mentioned anywhere when ordering and we received 2 confirmations. He asked if we would like the amount refunded which would take place in the next 2-3 days as we had pre-paid through the ordering app / website, which i said would be good. I was fine with that at the time even though a bit annoyed we were given confirmation for something that was incorrect. Despite trying to contact Red Rooster since we have had no response and not received our refund.
I would not recommend this location for the poor response (no response since first phone call), which is very frustrating after we had ordered so many times beforehand with limited issues.
Not one to ever write a review, and understand order times may fall outside of their availability, but i think the online process should mention this and not send falsified confirmations. Most frustrating is to have paid monies and not been refunded still.

Read moreVisited last night and Ordered 3 meals. Waited close to 20 minutes for 3 meals. They were busy with only the one girl serving, however her overall demeanour could be suggestive of a lack of interest in being there and providing friendliness towards customers. When I received the meals she read the order wrong, and after confirming they were in fact mine, she forgot one large chips. I asked for them politely, she rolled her eyes, got them and practically shoved them at me without any apology or thanking me for my patience.
We often buy from Red Rooster on those nights we are busy, but tbh this is the worst customer service from the restaurant I've ever had.
Will think twice before returning! Do better Red Rooster...
