I’m not one to usually leave a negative review but Red Rooster has left me so disappointed. I ordered with Ubereats and received the food for me and my partner, I opened my Rippa Roll and saw instantly that there was a some sort caterpillar or bug in my food. I immediately called Red Rooster and was told that I could get a refund if I came into the store or go through Ubereats. The person was helpful, took my details and was apologetic but it was not Ubereats fault that a creature was in my food. I drove down to Red Rooster and spoke to a young lady at the front counter who went to speak to the manager (a different one from the phone call) and instead of him coming out to talk to me he sent this poor young worker back and forth delivering messages offering to replace the order which I obviously did not want. She was then sent back to tell me that the refund had to be done through Ubereats. Not only did I get a living thing in my food but I was given wrong information and took time out of my day to drive down. I was disappointed at the lack of respect regarding this situation and the second manager not coming to talk to me about this himself and sending a worker to deal with an unhappy customer over a serious matter that probably...
Read moreOrdered a whole hot chicken here today at around 12.45 Friday lunch Thought we would try this place as we heard it was under new management, and our previous experiences here at the place were mostly bad Got home and took it out , it was easily the worst chicken I have ever bought See the attached photo.(It looked like it had suffered some disease). Didn't touch it and took it back to the store. The person out the back said to me that it's just some meat missing and thought it was quite ok( very poor, unprofessional response). $15 for a diseased looking cooked chicken. Better of buying from Coles, at least they have whole chickens without huge pieces missing. This place has gone from bad to worse, and the person out the back shouldn't be managing anything, let alone some chicken joint . Never mind that you inconvenienced me and wasted my time, and your response was beyond appallingly shameful and pathetic. Read moreCame in tonight and understand with the weather they may have been a little understaffed, however there was only one young gentleman at the front who seemed to be taking orders at the front and drive thru by himself. The other staff seemed to be somewhat ignorant of the people building up at the front until it has been almost 20 mins into us waiting for our meal and 4 families who ordered after us had been and gone. The manager (i assume) did come out and take over packing orders to help out and by then we realised we had received the wrong meal, we waited another 10 mins for the other half of our meal to come out before asking if we could have at least the chips re made on the first order. Only to then realise the second half of the order was wrong. All the meals were cold and still incorrect by the 3rd time so we just left. The staff were extremely apologetic and polite but the service here has been consistently poor in the last few visits which has completely affected the desire to want to...
