I really enjoyed my time at Taco Bell. The staff are all enthusiastic and pro–active. The service was very quick from ordering to then receiving the food. I had the mild beef quesadilla and the cheesy swirl, both I would order again. My friend had the vegetarian nachos and churros, which she says is her favourite and orders every time. As the Taco Bell has a liquor license they also sell beers and margaritas. My friend and I also both ordered the margaritas which tasted strong, even though they are just one standard drink. The restaurant itself was vibrant and colourful, with both PowerPoints and USB ports by every table, encouraging you to stay and work on your laptop or phone. The music was all current, and they have a smart screen allowing you to add your own songs to the playlist. They also encourage you to recycle at the rubbish bin point. Around the restaurant was little signs of positivity or big signs with lights letting you know where to get what you want. Taco Bell also have a rewards app that is very easy to navigate. It contains a menu and you can get extra points for inviting others to join. With every receipt from your purchase there is a barcode you can scan with the app to get points from that purchase to go towards your rewards.

I had never been to Taco Bell before, but my kid wanted to get diarrhoea, so off we went through the drive thru. Friendly enough service. Photos show what we got, beef boss burrito box, and a chicken burrito and taco box. Sliced my buritto, then tossed it, it literally looked like the aftermath. Chips were soggy. Some random yellow dipping sauce with undetectable flavour. I threw my burrito out, and heated up a home made vege bake instead. Really needing GYG here in Cleveland at least, for half-decent Mexican.

First the Annerley store, now here in Cleveland, Taco Bell has delivered both amazing service and outstanding prices. Most regular meals are less than $10, with chips and refillable drinks. You get the choice of meat and spice, with vegetarian options as well. Food tastes great and fresh, with something for everyone. I'd 100% recommend giving it a try. Be sure to ring the bell on the way out. Thanks to all the staff for great service.

On Thursday my friends and I went to Taco Bell Cleveland for a dinner and catch up. We usually come here once a week, the customer service usually isn’t great but we haven’t seen anything quite this bad in a long time - at any restaurant ever. It started off with staff cleaning the area we were sitting in, which is totally fine - we understand staff want to go home as soon as possible. What wasn’t okay, a staff member started to clean under the table we were sitting at. This is around 9pm, even though it made us feel uncomfortable, we understand what it’s like to close and to want to get the cleaning finished. To help with this, we wanted to throw our rubbish away. The bins had been cleared for the night so we were just going to leave the rubbish on the ledge beside the actual bins as we aren’t stupid enough to put it in a very clearly cleaned bin. But before we could set the tray down - a staff member yelled “NO do NOT but that rubbish in THAT bin. Thank you.” Forcefully putting her hand out for us to pass her the tray. It was said in an extremely rude tone, she literally scolded us for trying to make her job easier and AGAIN - we aren’t stupid enough to put the rubbish in empty/cleaned bins. Already feeling very unwelcome, we decided to continue our chat in the parking lot by our cars. The staff started to leave - honking their car horns (hooray you’ve finished your shift I guess?). We keep chatting by our cars, we only get to see each other once a week so we like to make the most of it. About 30mins passes and the same staff members (2 of them) in a silver Mitsubishi circle past us again and scream “GET A LIFE” twice. Which is hilarious because if you feel the need to go past your fast food chain work place again just to yell at the customers talking in the parking lot, you should probably be the one to get a life. This type of behaviour is absolutely disgusting and it can’t continue to happen. We did nothing wrong, we left before restaurant closing time and cleaned our table. Appalling behaviour and I wouldn’t encourage anyone to eat here again. It’s a shame because we really enjoyed our simple Taco...

TLDR - served old reheated chips, bland burrito stuffed with lettuce (instead of chips) and a deep fried chicken 'taco' with more blandness and mayo than an unseasoned potato. Good service S#it food. 1/5 stars.

I went through the drive thru, ordered a California burrito meal and the new Naked chicken taco. After waiting a few minutes on a fresh meat patty (no issue with waiting for fresh product) I took my meal and drove home. The staff were friendly and despite rushing through all speaking interactions , I was happy with the purchase side of the experience.

When I tried the fries (on my way home) I discovered they were both lumpy and stale despite being hot; anyone who has worked in fast food knows this is a sign of undercooking the fires during slow periods before dunking them back in hot oil for about 30 seconds when customers order them (this is done as a way to reduce the amount of wasted fries. The California burrito I ordered (with extra guacamole) had a small smear about the size of a teaspoon and no fries in it.

The naked chicken taco was actually alright, despite being a single chicken snitty deep fried with a smattering of mayo and ice berg lettuce in between.

I called the manager of the store who flat out told me it was impossible for me to have been served old, reheated chips and she laughed agreeing with me that the chips on a burrito are what makes a cali burrito before saying that Taco bell do that in 'the states' not here in Australia (where they replace the rice and chips for iceberg lettuce).

I asked for a burrito to make up for the disappointment that I was served. The manager refused and then offered me a large fries in compensation for the absolutely terrible meal in every regard which I declined (pretty much put off this...

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. It started with my partner ordering first, he didn’t understand the cashier and said “sorry I didn’t understand” to the cashiers response of “that’s not my problem, what do you want?”. This was 5 star service compared to what happened next. My friend ordered his food (2 combo meals) and paid, upon realising the total was $50. His partner mentioned to the cashier that the amount was incorrect and the response was “well I don’t know how to refund it sorry” as if that was the end of the story, not getting your money back. He said he would like a refund for the money as this is not fair and then the worst attitude I’ve ever witnessed emerged. She threw something down and said she can’t do anything, and spoke so terribly to my friends I was shocked. She kept saying rude comments and slamming things around then went to grab her phone to message a manager. My partner recorded the situation because he truely couldn’t believe what was happening. No customer service at all, and extremely unprofessional behaviour. Once she realised she was being recorded she went silent and proceeded to do the refund, but it should not have taken that for her to show the most basic level of respect. Would NOT recommend this place at all....
