KFC Cleveland — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

The worst service I have ever had!!! Went through drive thru, no cars in line, we were the only ones there. The lady on the speaker box was so rude, kept cutting me off when I was trying to give my order and she was talking over me. Kept saying “that’s all then”, Then I wasn’t even finished ordering and she cut me off and told me to drive to the window to finish giving my order. Then the guy at the window said “sorry we are trying to make our drive thru time quick so is that all you were ordering”… when I told him no I wasn’t finished, I asked him about a combo as I couldn’t see the menu any more because we were told to leave the speaker box, after finishing my order, he still gave us the wrong drinks. Then we were told to not go to the next window to pick up our order (there is no one waiting in front of us) but to wait in the car park and they will bring it out because they don’t want to have an excessive time wait on the drive thru line and they are trying to get their wait times down. We are then waiting in the car park for 10minutes and the same guy from the window comes out with an order and asks if it’s ours and says “is this your order, with the 2 freeze’s and I don’t even know what’s in the bag” I said no and he’s walks off to find another car (seemed there were many others told to wait as well). Then some girl comes out and says “here’s your order” and walks away before we could even ask her if this was the right order. We opened it up and they forgot half our order.. so we went back inside and waited for them to give us the rest of our order. The wicked wings could have been cooked longer too, they weren’t crunchy and a bit soggy. Will never go to this kfc again. The attitude of the staff was appalling. If I could give 0...

Will never be going back here. When I first arrived, I noticed that the door to the chicken hotbox was open.

While I waited and waited for my order, I watched friends of the staff receive their order before me. Even though they ordered after me.

While my order was being put together, I watched the young man throwing... that's right, throwing the food into the boxes and bags. Boxes of chips, burgers, chicken pieces... everything was literally thrown in, not tossed and certainly not placed.

Then as I was checking the bags to make sure that no gravy or coleslaw had busted open, I asked the young man how long the hotbox door had been left open. He couldn't tell me how long the cooked chicken had been sitting there exposed to god knows what.

To top of my wonderful visit to this kid's clubhouse, about half a dozen items were missing.

Here on a holiday twice I've come here and both orders were messed up . First time I got a giant feast and got given 11 pieces no napkins and no sauce. 2 time I come in 4/10/2022 get a burger feast chips weren't filled Up zingers were cold buns weren't warmed up. Nuggets were cold and over cooked . I am a manager from Melbourne zingers weren't even in temp tasted stale and cold and were their for more then a hour nuggets were definitely been in the tray for more then a hr . When I put my online order through and was on front counter they saw I put through they just stared at me made another customers order even though I was their first. Even though I asked for burgers to be replaced were still cold didn't bother asking for it to be remade cause I wasn't going to wait...
