Ricky's — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

It says pizza place on the photos all over Google, but really it’s a waffle/pancake desert shop. There’s a lot of potential for this place, but looks like you haven’t bothered to put the work in to show its true potential. I had the apple cinnamon waffle, super super dry, not much ice cream, BARELY any m&m’s and not much flavour overall. I also asked to swap the white chocolate for dark chocolate, the employee didn’t know there was white chocolate on it, she said ok then proceeded to not even put any dark chocolate, so the was no point in even asking (she also had an AirPod in meaning she probably couldn’t hear me very well as she kept asking what I said.). It used to be “Brad's Beach & Burger Bar” but it has recently permanently closed and bought by a new owner, it is now called “Ricky’s Pizzeria and Burgers”. They have listened to a previous customer complaint about the small chips being $5 they have now decreased the price to $3 only in a matter of weeks. Was looking forward to trying a new local place. Did a phone order and was told food be ready in half an hour. Went to pick up food and no order had been placed in system. No one cared or offered to do the order and just looking at each other blankly arguing in own language. When I asked so definitely no order just for a blank stare and a no.
