I made a booking for 8 people to celebrate a 30th birthday at this restaurant today, and I have to say, we were really disappointed. Based on the pictures on their website, we expected a spacious venue, but it turned out to be much smaller than we anticipated. Due to the overcrowded and unwelcoming atmosphere, we ended up ordering takeaways instead. We placed an order for three meals, which cost us over $90. Unfortunately, the portion sizes were not at all worth the price. The roast pork was deep-fried, which was unexpected, and the roast duck only came with a few small pieces. Overall, it wasn’t a great dining experience. After our bad experience, we ended up ordering pizzas from Pizza Hut next door just to satisfy our hunger. We ordered from the lunch specials which includes a can of softdrink Green Chicken Curry ($15.90) Pad Thai ($15.90) Thai Milk Tea ($7.50)

We loved every bite. The curry had a nice level of heat and the chicken was perfectly cooked. However, the Pad Thai was my favourite, with the perfect noodle texture and balance in flavor.

Snooks is a hidden gem that is definitely worth a visit.
