Top Sushi — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I'm so deeply sadden by the condition of the store I've been coming her for years, and have been served by a lovely older lady. recently however new staff members have been added and since the panedemic the stores quality has been dropping rapidly.

This morning was the last straw in a string of disappointing events, I ordered a karrage chicken bowl and some takoyaki, the takoyaki was cold in the center despite being freshly fried and the rice for the karrage chicken was cold not luke warm cold and stale as if it were left on the fridge over night the karrage chicken was also stale and overcooked.

I've been a huge fan of this store and I loved the original crew but sadly whoever is running the store now isn't doing it very well at all.

Top sushi in its current state isn't...

I have tried this business twice and unfortunately, both times have failed to pass muster.

First time I tried their set meals and was disappointed. The rice was ordinary (microwaved type rice) and the meat also ordinary.

This time I tried the sushi, hoping that the set meals were an outlier. This wasn't the case.

The seaweed is stringy and the fillings average.

I wouldn't throw this food out although I won't be dining here again.

An unfortunate...

Chicken tasted so old and the honey chicken sushi roll, well the whole thing was soaked in honey (i mean dripping between your fingers) including through the rice - so disgusting. The seaweed wasn't held together so the rolls all broke open. We literally threw most of it away WHAT A WICKED WASTE OF MONEY!!! I will never buy here again - and from memory i had a bad experience here last time too, but unfortunately for me id forgotten...
