If I could give it negetive 5, I would do the same. Ordered 1 roti, 1 paneer tikka masala (PTM), 1 dal tadka, plain rice and samosa. The food was eatable but to people who wouldn't have a clue of Indian delicacy and tastes. The PTM was in orange gravy to begin with, usually in an Italian town like Griffith, red tomatoes are available in abundance, not sure why the gravy was orange. It's supposed to have grilled paneer, was missing. Requested for all dishes to be medium spicy. Me being indian, can take decent spice, these guys made it extra hot instead of the requested medium, god knows what would their hot level spice be like. The Dal tadka had the same level of spiciness and lacked the flavour of this dish. Not sure why the chef calls it Dal tadka instead of calling it a spicier version of Lahore Dal. Even the Pakistanis might be offended if they had the dal tadka on the pretext of Lahore dal. The roti was supposed to be wholemeal flour and brown in colour, instead it was made from flour (maida) and was probably made from the dough used for Naan bread.
