Yesterday at 8:22 PM, I completed my order via the kiosk self-service machine. I ordered a chocolate frappe and began to wait. As the customers who ordered before and after me had already received their orders and left, I felt the time taken to prepare my order was excessive. Fifteen minutes had already passed, and upon observing that some kitchen staff were not busy, I approached a female employee to inquire about the status of my order. I informed her that I had been waiting for my frappe for 15 minutes and asked her to confirm if it was being prepared. She consulted with a man, presumably the manager, dressed in black with a gold nametag. The man asked me, "Was it the one without whipped cream?" to which I confirmed. I interpreted this as an indication that my order was being attended to, so I resumed waiting. However, after another 25 minutes had passed, totaling 40 minutes of waiting, I still had not received my order. I even noticed that many other customers who had ordered chocolate frappes after me had already been served. I approached the black-clad man behind the counter again, but he remained silent. I waited until he finished attending to other matters before he gestured for me to approach. When I did, he handed me only 6 dollars in cash and said my frappe would be ready shortly. Throughout the entire interaction, his attitude was extremely indifferent, showing no hint of apology. I believe this is not the attitude expected from service staff. Waiting 40 minutes for a frappe is excessive, and my intention in waiting was not to request a refund or a complimentary drink but simply to receive normal service. Furthermore, I believe the attitude of the staff requires re-education...
Read moreHey! Went to maccas at about 9:30 tonight and asked for a frappe they replied with an excuse that they ran out of ice. The same excuse they made when I went last night at about 11:30 that they ran out of ice. I have no idea how does it work that you can ran out of ice in middle of the night and when it’s not late night. The manager first said they have no ice and then she said the machine is not working. I don’t know which one was true. She stated getting hyper when i asked for some explanation pr a valid reason. As a customer i was really disappointed that this happened to me twice i. Just 24 hrs. How are they resolving this issue? That’s a question and how many other customers have faced the same situation is another one. As a leading fast food franchise this neglegency of this place can not be faced again and again and even if it did happen they haven’t resolved the issue. On top of that the night manager got hyper on just exchanging a few words. I ask how can this happen at this time of the day when they can fix the situation but probably...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience. The employees were nice and respectful when explaining why they couldn’t take our order. In total, we spent around forty minutes trying to order because the order screens were all faulty. With the first screen, the actual functionality and keyboard was offset. The second one did not accept my rewards code and the third one just wasn’t working. The fourth one was promising but then it just randomly stopped working. Eventually, we just decided to order from the app but as we put in the order, there was a blackout and all the systems inside had to reset, which took 10-15 minutes. Then, we had to restart the order but at that point, we had waited for 40 minutes and a large line had formed so we decided to leave.
To reiterate, the employees were nice but the owners are absolute trash. Some other reviews tell similar tales about the owners not investing enough money into the upkeep of the Maccas and I absolutely agree with them. Terrible experience and you should probably just go to any...
