What a terrible experience. Ordered some drinks, waitress asks who ordered these drinks so I said me. I was standing near our table near a free bar and asked her to put them there. She said no. You’re sitting there and slammed them down on the table. 1st bit of rude service. I go up to pay my bill and same lady serves me. She asks if I had any drinks and I said that I paid for them separately at the bar. She said yeah that’s was everyone says. I asked her if she was saying that I hadn’t paid for my drinks. She said that I was being rude. What!?! I told her that she was rude for suggesting that I hadn’t paid for my drinks. 2nd bit of rude service. Then of course as we were at a big table there was $211 left on the bill, even though everyone had already paid. There were extra meals like Eggplant Parmigiana (5 or so extra) and some drinks that they (same lady) was accusing us of not paying. Someone ended up paying it from our table but then we got a copy of the bill and went through it again. We couldn’t account for the extra meals/drinks. Eventually, the same lady comes up to us and say that they worked out the mistake with the bill and gave the money back. No apology for accusing us of not paying, making us wait or most importantly for THEIR mistake.

As for the food, the wedges were very salty, burger was over cooked and two out of the 4 beers on my beer paddle were not good. One was really bad and there was no way I could drink it. The other two were really nice though. My wife enjoyed her steak, and the octopus (as a side).

Terrible experience. We were planning on going there on a Friday night for dinner but no chance now.

I’m not sure if that lady treated me different beacause I look different to everyone else at the table (yes I was the only one with dark skin at the table) or what the deal was. The other staff were nice and friendly.

Not going back there and certainly wouldn’t...

Well a most disappointing dinner if ever..... Had booked for 6pm... at 705pm a garlic bread was brought out which we didn't order with a mumbling of a stuff up in the kitchen... no surprise there as we had a clear view of the kitchen and the staff were more interested in having a food fight and mucking about than actually cooking a meal. At 720pm the kids meals were finally brought out (the kids were starving)...... with another 20 minutes after that until we finally got our meal. Seafood pasta was ordinary, pork belly was good, steak burger was ok, rack of lamb (well lets just say what rack!!!) It was barely there - definitely not $36.00 worth (perhaps $5.00). The entire time we were waiting for our food (except for when we first ordered) were not offered other drinks (we had to approach the staff). They seemed more interested in what was going on elsewhere behind the scenes..... (like the antics in the kitchen) then serving customers. We certainly didn't stay for dessert - not that we were offered that either.... When we did complain we got a oh sorry and they walked away and smirked at the back laughing. Clearly didn't give a stuff. Glad I don't own the company as they were clearly not interested in making a buck tonight. We refused to pay the exorbitant price for the "rack" of lamb, ended up using vouchers and halved the bill!!! Definitely will not return and will NOT recommend to anyone. ...

Attended a pre-booked work function on the 4/5. It started off well but as it got busier, it felt like everything turned to chaos. Ordered our food at 12.45pm and after an hour wait a young waiter came to ask us if we’d gotten our food, some of us had some of us hadn’t. He was really professional and friendly, leaving to go check on the issue. He was run off his feet and came back to apologise and said it would be ready soon. It then never arrived again. I found a waiter who then asked me to come and see the manager. Upon entering the indoor area it was just disastrous. There was so many angry customers, regarding service and meals. I felt for the staff that were working as they were doing the best they could, it just seemed there was too many people and not enough staff. The manager apologised and refunded our meals which we were really grateful for, letting us know that we would still get them. This still took an extremely long time, mine came out at about 2.45 and some work colleagues at 3.15 (all ordered at 12.45pm) the table next to us was also waiting on food and being given the wrong orders. The waiters and waitresses were doing a fantastic job of trying to help everyone, cleaning up, apologising, probably just trying to earn some weekend money while they are in school. I hope the owner knows what the staff on the floor are going through. It was brutal for them. The amount of abuse they copped. Well...
