I was invited for dinner here. 4th May '24. Arrived and the person who invited us hadn't booked a table. In fact the person just wanted to sit at any table despite the clearly sign posted notice to see the Hostess to be seated signs were posted from the garden entry to where the host was. I spoke to the Hostess and advised we needed a table for 5 if she has one and that we hadn't booked. Great Hostess cos she looked through her bookings and found us a table. I apologised for having to put her through a good 5-10 minutes of trying to locate us a table and thanked her for having found us one. Needless to say that service set the tone for our evening. Ordered a jug of cocktail which also offered a number of glasses (up to 6) Tbh, the jug holds 3.5 glasses. It's filled with ice so for $38 you could probably get more drink if it had less ice. Was a nice cocktail though. Ordered our food from the table QR barcode. Food was delicious and came out reasonably quickly considering how busy the place was when we arrived. Has a large outdoor dining area which was fully utilised and glad we sat under the heaters outside because as the night progressed you could feel the temperature drop. Take a throw rug with you or a jacket if you want to sit outside. You wouldn't need it in summer. Inside is just as huge. Has a play area for kids. Place is well presented, clean and tidy. Service is great with staff being very respectful and courteous. I'd gladly go back, making a booking ahead of time. The place has a huge parking area with an overflow parking area cos the park was full when we arrived. Overall I was happy with the venue, service and food more so than the company I was with. Thanks again.

What an underwhelming flop. Aesthetically this brewery looks AHMAZING. But it ends there. The staff - literally 4 of them, walked away the instant we walked in. There were only 2 families outside, a single customer sitting undercover outside, & a large group inside upon entering. Because of the lack of service, we approached the bar to order a paddle. Which met us with a young 20ish aged male with greased up hair, baggier jeans than an American wrapper would have!! Was flabbergasted that we didn’t have a table number, nor had we sat down yet, so wouldn’t serve us. And made us wait for someone to give us a table number, where she said, sit where ever, choose a number. Crazy!! there are signs everywhere saying “wait to be seated” however with every waiter/waitress walking in the opposite direction, on a quiet mid week, 4pm, arvo. We would have liked to be seated and served, however the staff just disappeared. We came all the way from SA, to try the goods. But the flavours were flat, didn’t hit the brief for anything spectacular, wasn’t even worth a glass of something after the palette which we would usually do. Even buy cans to take home. But it would have been wasteful. Unfortunately, it was a waste of 30minutes, and wished it went faster. Having lazy staff, inattentive staff, staff who are flustered on quiet days is a massive turn off. I wish I could say more positives. I’m sure the owners have put their heart and soul into this place, because there is a lot on offer, but crappy staff = a crappy experience and I’d highly recommend an overhaul.

This place is awesome! Reminds me of something the old fella in Jurassic Park kept saying, "spare no expense!" I don't think they have spared much expense at Bailey Brewing Co. Plenty of wide open grass areas, if you have kids there is an awesome play area with trucks that have slides and swings hanging off them, a flying fox and more. If your not overly fond of kids sit on the other side of the brewery and enjoy the serenity or sit inside. The beer is great, I tried the red ale, pale ale and IPA, all pretty good, I think the IPA is the winner tonight. You can get a middy, schooner or pint, pints are currently $10, I think that's pretty good for around here. Food includes some pub classics along with other options for more discerning patrons. We found the kids menu pretty good, don't be shy about grabbing a pizza off the kids menu they are good value and taste great, none of that tin pineapple here! I found the phone reception out the front pretty bad so when I tried to look up the menu from the qr code on the drink coaster not much happend, I enquired about wifi and was told they are working on it. Everything has a feel of quality from the toilets to the ceiling fans in the brew pub to the ample parking, I'll sure be back, this place is what the Valley has been screaming for. That pic is the kids cheese pizza with added fresh pineapple and ham.

Great place, the atmosphere is on point. I don’t have kids but it’s a great place for families as well as the group of friends. Really awesome outdoor setup, modern mix with an old rustic feel, big outdoor screen a lot of seating. Nice garden setup. Inside is just as nice, the big brewing tanks on display, nice bar setup, spacious with a centre fireplace. Good feel. We unfortunately went when renovations had taken place on the kitchen so was only the burger menu. Funny wording on the menu itself, got us all laughing. The burgers themselves were really great looking, tasted yummy. Although they came out to us quite quickly they were actually cold, not sure what happened there. So now to the customer service. Not sure who is hiring but they aren’t doing a great job. Customer service lacks. If the customer service picked up the place would be amazing! Deewan was the only one who seemed to be trying, although no real conversation. All others, did not seem to love their jobs and shouldn’t be in hospitality. Get more smiles at a McDonald’s drive thru. We didn’t get escorted to a table just told what table number and the location. Our table was dirty but someone finally came to wipe it down. We got large coffees which were tiny which was disappointing and they came in takeaway cups which we didn’t expect whilst seated. No sugar was offered, we had to find it on our own which was in a container on their replenishment trolley. No spoons to stir with, so used a fork. No napkins but one, again had to go get more off their replenishment trolley ourselves. The sad thing is, it wasn’t even busy being a Thursday at 4.30pm. So there is no excuse to not set up the tables before seating customers. Overall a mediocre experience worth a revisit if the service changes. Being a fairly young business this should be priority to...

I thought the Bailey Brewing Co would be the perfect place to catch up with my grandkids for Christmas. I couldn’t have been more wrong! I have been to the Bailey Brewing Co on many occasions and have always had great service & food and efficiency and helpful staff. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this visit! I requested to be seated completely under cover and close to play equipment for the little ones. The first table we sat at had a third of it in full. Completely unusable, as it was already 35°. After asking for another table, we were moved to a table that was in shade for 40mins, and the one side was in direct sun at 37°. By this time, we had ordered & paid for all our food and drinks so we had to stay. All the drinks came out promptly, thank goodness because the kids were melting. After half an hour the kids pizzas came out. We waited another hour, and still no more meals. After investigating what was happening, the food had been given to another group of people. They apologised and said they’d get it sorted and out asap. After 20mins two more meals were out. We waited another 15mins for the remaining meal, but still nothing. I went back in again, they apologised again and said they’d get it out asap. 20mins later the final meal came out, that was inedible. $40 meal of Barra couscous & broccoli. Most expensive meal on the menu that turned out to be absolute crap. By this time, the seated time allowance was up so we all just left. Never again. All the messing around, took the enjoyment out of the get together, with constant complaining and tears from the kids for being hungry or getting sunburnt. Not to mention the total...
