McDonald's High Wycombe — Restaurant in High Wycombe

WASTE OF TIME DON’T COME HERE! I came to this McDonalds in Highwycome the other day and ordered a meal. Service was extremely slow… when the food had arrived however it was extremely cold and dry. Ordered an apple pie, chips and amongst other things and immediately noticed a use by date on the apple pie, which was 2 hours out of date and served cold. I complained to the people behind the counter, they told me that they would replace it, but an hour went by and nothing. Ofcourse at this time I had to return back to work so didn’t bother with it any further. The next day I came. Back and ordered a similar meal, the apple pie was at an ok temperature but the order was once again slow to arrive. I had complained to the people behind the counter about why after 15 minutes there was nothing and he said and I quote: “ OH it’s only been 14 mate.” Talk about rude and unhappy service, also when I went up there I noticed my drinks, one which had leaked on the top lid and sides of the cup, but once again was slow to arrive, once they offered to replace it. Finally my name was called but I specifically remember ordering on the do-it yourself machines that I wanted table service. JUST SO ANNOYING. Once again another waste of time coming...

Every time I come here I have to go into the bag and verify everything because they always miss something or even give me someone else’s order. I don’t have this issue at other locations. As I am sitting in the waiting bay just now after being told I need to pull up and wait because we were waiting on the burgers and it was gonna take two minutes. They bring me my order and it’s wrong. At the window I ordered two double cheeseburgers 2 6 piece nuggets with sweet mustard sauce. They bring the order out to the Car and it’s missing a McNugget and sauce so I politely ask her to correct the order. The manager then comes out and verifies everything and goes back. The girl comes back out with another bag with the order of nuggets but there’s no sauce I ask her hey there’s no sauce and she apologises and goes back and brings me sauce like I don’t get it I started writing this post because I’m frustrated every time I come here something is wrong and as I’m writing it it happens again. Hate this place. Staff always give you the impression they don't want to be there. I only went there for convenience only. Pick another Maccas if you can. It's good that the young are getting out there to work but I feel McDonald's are letting them down as their PR leaves alot to be desired. They talk way too fast on the drive through and are always in a hurry. Doesn't matter what maccas say about speed, more importantly it's what the customer thinks. Stereo typing every young worker there is not PR and I know because all my working life I have worked in industry were this is a must. The service is getting worse and the quality has gone out the door. It's obvious that McDonald's only think of the $$$ and not the customers. Better training will work more than que cards that there staff have to memorise. Yip McDonald's you will only ever be a convenience food joint for those of us that don't give a dam...
