The best part about our experience was the advice from another patron as we walked in saying "You should just leave now", which we regrettably didn't follow. This place is so disorganised! No cutlery or glasses on the tables. No cutlery brought out with the meals. After a long wait, 3 meals came out staggered, one with a vital ingredient missing. After a 15 minute wait, staff were asked where the other two meals were. 15 minutes after that, one of the meals arrived (a kids meal), followed by the 5th meal (the other kids meal) 15 minutes later. The worst part was there was no communication along the way when we asked if the rest of the meals were coming on how long they may be.
To cap it all off, management left a lovely young new girl to deal with what they would have known would be unhappy customers, who was forced to politley ask us to recite our whole order so we could be charged full price with no upfront apology. Just complete chaos and disorganisation! Very dissapointing. The one positive about this experience was that the coffee was tasty and the food was reasonable (when it eventually did arrive) but unfortunately, the lack of service really dampens...

I have let this cafe/restaurant down by not visiting earlier. This was my first visit, even though I had seen it open and drive passed every time I visit Hobart. This is a lovely cafe/restaurant run by lovely people. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The decor is fresh. The food is excellent, with decent serving sizes (and some meals surprisingly large for the price). The price point to quality is excellent. You get well cooked, tastey meals at an affordable price. We had a chicken burger (for an elderly relative who managed to get through it except for the top bun - very filling, very tastey juicy fried chicken) and a Hawaiin chicken parmigiana (beautiful refreshing flavour). I...

Both servers brought out meals with âthis is the one with the weird name I think?â and âsomebody had toast or whatever?â (Toast apparently means garlic bread, that was not a nice surprise.) 2 out of 3 meals didnât have all the elements stated on the menu. Quality of the food was low to average. âNot too hot cappuccinoâ apparently means scalding hot latte in a small glass. I understand it may be a new business, but at least one of the people involved should have some amount of training and / or experience in F&B. Perplexed at best. May be an ok place for hot chips, but donât go here if youâre a foodie...
