Banjo’s Bakery Café – Shoreline — Restaurant in Hobart

Not sure how to give feedback to the owners but I've been going here for many many years now and seen a lot of (shop front) managers come and go and mostly enjoy kicking back after work with a coffee and a paper but over the past 6 months the pack up times have got earlier and earlier to the point where I'm sitting down at 5:30 to the tune of chairs being stacked and sitting areas blocked off, I understand the place needs to be cleaned for closing but it's not much sitting down for a coffee feeling like you're preventing the cleaner from finishing up, I've stopped having my coffee there now purely for this reason, also the summer flies that seem to live there and the non air-conditioned workspace the nice people who work there have to endure in Summer shows great disrespect for them, it's fine on long enough and a $20 K-Mart fan is not the answer, time to make some improvements...

I work around near this cafe and most of the time, I order some sandwich and coffee from here. They have friendly staff but I don’t know what happened to the lady who was making a coffee today. I ordered a cappuccino coffee with no chocolate powder but she used the chocolate powder and when I told her that I have ordered without chocolate powder then she told me that sorry she will make another one but When I got the coffee, it was cold and it did have chocolate powder. She just removed the chocolate powder from top and mixed it and gave it to me and the coffee was spilling from the cup. Normally they make a great coffee with nice service, Today was different! Firstly the girl that took the order didn’t look real happy with having to do alittle work by taking my order and then it came to the young guy attempting to make the coffee.. ordered 5 coffees which all tasted gross, when asked why the latte was half froth his response was rude and aggressive and said thats how I make it, dont like it dont come back!
