Honestly, the place sucks.

Food is ordinary at best, often greasy, soggy and badly put together. Drive through gets preference so counter orders are as slow as a wet week.

And dirty. Tables are never clean, floor is always grimy, whole restaurant smells like a fryer canopy.

Updating to add 14/5/2022

Hungry Jacks is never the fastest in any of their outlets. Rock up today and 2-3 staff members (one with a drive through headset) spent around 15 minutes at a customer's car talking to the driver and her dog.

Powered door opener wasn't working and I felt like an inconvenience to a staff member who was heading out as I was going on pushing a pram.

Half the tables hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the ceiling was basically black.

No real change. Place may have been a little cleaner but the grime is deep.

December 2023 update*

The inside has had a major renovation that has moved the counter around, installed self order kiosks and freshened the place up.

But it's still dirty. There was a standing pool of something in a corner and their high chair is black.

To around 10-15 minutes to get 2 drinks and a kids meal even though it wasn't particularly...

Only go there so the kids can play in the play area, which probably does'nt get cleaned like the eating areas, I rarely eat their food but girls like their chips and nuggets and frozen drinks if rarely available. Glad of the play area, for the amount of time it takes to make and get your order, kids would go insane with boredom. Staff are rude and arrogant, the last trainee I seen there was put on taking orders, alone, with a line of waiting people beyond the doors, while the manager and staff hung out the back laughing and running around like goose's instead of helping the poor girl out the front who was clearly struggling. Grow up u freaks and do something that involves the job ur paid to do, plenty of others who want to work that could do...

I ordered 1 cup of coffee to take away. I could see the place was busy so understood delays. I waited approx 10 minutes (maybe more) for my coffee and saw a few coffees sitting on the service counter. I assumed they were for drive through orders. I thwn went to the girl making the coffees to find put my coffee had been there for at least 5 minites. No names were called out at all by Amy of the staff working. One girl just looked at the 4 orders sitting there and ignored them. This is below poor standard. You request a meal/drink to be delivered to you speedily (considering it is "FAST FOOD") but to not hear any names being called out, or anyone questioning the drinks sitting there is woeful. Even the duty manager disnt question it. Shape up...
