I want to bring attention to the unprofessional and condescending attitude displayed by employees at this particular store. This is my second visit, and unfortunately, the experience was just as disappointing as the first.
Customers should be treated with respect, not met with a condescending tone and invasive questions. The staff here could benefit from thorough training in customer serviceāperhaps even several sessions.
The person who prepared my food kept running her gloved hands through her hair while making it. I waited nearly 30 minutes, even though the store wasnāt busy, and the food ended up being a disappointing mess.
I encourage you to look at the reviews; numerous complaints reflect similar experiences. For the sake of your brand, please consider either retraining the team at this location or making changes to improve the customer experience. Stores like Moonah and Glebe Hill set a much better example.

The brown rice was soggy and tasteless (lost appetite), and hardly see any pork in it. I always ordered the same thing and the burrito was certainly off the standard today but the lady (who in charge) keep telling me that they have always followed the standard.
