Golden Star BBQ Seafood Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Inglewood

I ordered broccoli and fried rice on Uber eat. And I found there was a COCKROACH in the fried rice right after I opened the box!!

It’s totally unacceptable and dirty, luckily I saw it before I had a bite!!!! Super disgusting!!!

Their attitude was really bad when I made a phone call to them, the manager told the cook and the cook said I intended to put the cockroach and mean to make a refund!! But the manger refused when they know I heard their conversations!!

They don’t even care about the hygiene when I first told them I just want them to be reminded of the problem, and my intention is good.

I will be reporting them to the government inspection.

1st time user of this restaurant.

Placing the order was easy, the delivery man went to the wrong address in error but rang to check...and got it delivered.

Unfortunately the extra sauce in the black bean dish got into the omelet dish, making the black bean dish rather bland and the omelet totally different. Rather frustrating loss of money when living on a tight budget and this being a rare treat.

The Mee Goring was perfect.

Perhaps using a separate bag for dishes with sauce in to avoid this happening would be a useful practice; alternatively get lids that shut firmly.

Rang to let them know and they said they'll do better next...

Dined in. 1. Ordered meal and asked for it All to be served together, Didn't happen. 2. We weren't given any cutlery had to ask. 3. Food is about 1 Star and that's the one in the name of the venue. 4. It's essentially an outlet for Menu log and food delivery services. 5. Decor is... well needs a good scrub comes to mind. Sorry I went there thinking they did spare ribs (American smoked style Spare Ribs) that is, But the ribs are battered and drowned in Kepac Manus Soya Sauce. Sorry I Love eating out and Good Food.
