Wild Bakery — Restaurant in Inglewood

Absolutely incredibly amazing!!!! Hands down best sourdoughs with biggest variety in Perth! Any bread you take it super delicious just on its own without toasted. Toasted it just takes it to another level. 5 seeds Sourdough just to die for. Super light crunchy nutty roasted exterior crust. For those who are beginner sourdough eaters this place is perfect as you won’t taste a strong fermented sour taste. But regardless absolutely delicious. I’m someone who loves bread with a long fermentation strong sour flavours but with bread this good, I don’t need the strong taste.

Must trust is also their fruit sourdough loaf full of raisins and walnuts, perfect on its own or lightly toasted with some butter. Needs nothings more as that bread is the Leading star!

And finally the staff and that customer service 10/10!!! If I can give a million stars I would!!! The young boy who served me with the big snails on his face so helpful in deciding which breads and sweets to go for what a gem! This place seriously is like diving into a breath of fresh air. It’s so rare here in Perth to find a place where the customer service is so genuine and friendly. It really was such an incredible way to start my morning.

Driving all the way from Cannington to try this old antique factory bakehouse was worth every moment. If you haven’t tried yet it’s a must!!

Legit - best almond croissant in Perth. I have tried almost every bakery in Perth & finally found a croissant that comes close to perfection. This place is hands down number one.

The almond croissant is everything it should be: flaky, buttery, rich, and generously filled. Absolute perfection!!!

A good overall experience in a bakery that will become a permanent and valued part of Beaufort St. Good range of savouries and cakes with consistently good quality. If only the same could be said of the bread. The loaves are good but the demi baguettes and ciabatta rolls are very inconsistent. For reasons unknown, they are often over baked, even burnt as they have been on the last three or four days and regularly over the past few months.
