Burrito Bar Redbank Plains — Restaurant in Ipswich City

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!! Don’t eat here not worth the argument over disgusting service and food! The food is honestly not good here anymore everything is heated up in a microwave. We ordered Philly cheesesteak burrito, chicken Nachos, 10 southern fried wings and 2 half rack pork rib meals. The wings came out burnt on the outside and pink on the inside. Tried to eat it as we always feel rude asking for a refund. But then the 2nd chicken we ate was worse than the first. So we politely asked if we could swap it for large fries. Which the server agreed to no apology for it just excuses that it comes cooked and they just reheat it. We were happy with it to be swapped for Large fries which costs less. Then our ribs came out. Hubby goes to eat it and they’re cold. He asks me to touch it and they were warm on the outside but cold on the inside as you go to pull them apart. My 8 month old son then spews and my hubby proceeds to take him outside. So I took them to the counter to let them know they were cold. To which the 2 servers proceed to say but we heat them up just now and they were hot when we brought them out. We let them know they were cold on the inside to which they looked offended and kept replying that they just came out of the grill. By then we were just over the awful food so we asked if we could just get our refund for the 2 pork ribs they replied because we had already eaten the other one (hardly any of it gone) we could only get a refund for one ribs. And while we were trying to sort it out one of the attendants proceeds to tell me to clean up the lil baby spew my son had made! All while we were trying to get our refund. The service here is atrocious under the new management. Have been eating at burrito bar for almost 3 yrs now and all they could do was blame management for how the food was disgusting and not even one single apology. This place ain’t even worth one star!!! Pretty much only at the burrito and got only $40 refund for food that cost $103 don’t bother eating here they get offended when you tell them your ribs you paid for us cold. What a waste of money:( I hate leaving bad google reviews however this one has earnt it.. we used to go every Wednesday night for crispy big wings with sauce drizzled over and have good service at burrito bar. But we stopped as we noticed the service and products weren’t as good. We went to burrito bar about 6 months ago and it was even worse. Tonight as it’s used to be our kids fav place to eat we gave it another shot. Cheap rubbery tiny disguisting quality chicken you couldn’t eat due to the fact it had so much feral brown blood inside or it was so rubbery it was just not enjoyable. They weren’t even grilled at all no crisp to them and just off putting. No serviettes or bowls offered, for 5 people getting 3 bowls of wings. We were told there would be a big wait which we didn’t mind but sadly it wasn’t worth the wait. Due to not enjoying and finishing each chicken wing our daughter asked for churros so we got churros as we were still hungry. Waited 20 mins for those and they were like eating a burnt chip. Melted pathetic bit of ice cream, about 4 tiny diced bits of half raw strawberry and the churro was terrible…. I honestly felt like telling the people who walked in as we walked out to not waste their time and money. What a sad family night out it was. Not enjoyable at all. When waiting for our churros the staff walked past to Uber drivers many times and not once cleared the piles of plates off until they brought out the churros we waited for and had no choice. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Absolutely disappointed. Ordered off of uber eats, got the large nachos, and a LARGE burrito meal with no blackbeans or salsa. When the order arrived almost an hour after ordering when we live less than 3 mins down the road, it was not hot, paid extra for larges and the nachos box was about a quarter full! The burrito had a lot of blackbeans on it, and was literally the size of the sprite can we got with the meal, even after paying extra for a large. It was the size of gyg's kids burrito for gods sake. Would have been cheaper there too. Rang up because of issues, and due to working in fast food I know they can't give a refund because its ubers issue, But there reason for the blackbeans was they can't take anything off, only add things on? That's s rubbish, because they took the salsa off so lol, and what if it was a food allergy? Read your comments it isn't hard. I am so disappointed and extremely angry. We spent over 50 dollars only to get basically a blackbean filled kids burrito, and about two handfuls of nachos. The chips were the only good thing about the order and they weren't even warm.
