We all fabulously celebrated a recent Family Birthday Party & Family get together at this particular Tavern Buffet Restaurant & Bar Venue. We were all Surprised. The Tavern where we celebrated the Birthday, was all well and way above all of our initial expectations of a typical local tavern. Michael, the Venue Manager, had answered and had taken our initial telephone call regarding our table reservation for the birthday event. Thus Michael promptly confirming, arranging and organizing a table of 7 seating for us to celebrate the birthday party. Michael meet all of our needs and requirements in a professional manner to fully cater for our birthday celebration. Upon our arrival and after all being seated at our table, by the lovely hostess Alissa. We all the walked over to the buffet to find that all of the hot food, the cold food and all condiments provided on the Buffet selection were all plentiful, with a great variety of food selection that suited all of our tastes and diets for our table, representing exceptional taste and value for our money. The hot and cold food, condiments on display were well appointed, looked inviting and very appetizing. All hot and cold food provided on the buffet, were all fresh, tasty and very delicious. All hot and cold food, condiments on the buffet, were all continuously replenished by our hostess Alissa and other kitchen staff members, all in a timely and efficient manner during our whole sitting and dining period. The continuous, ongoing and above average table service provided by Alissa, was excellent. Alissa continuously frequented and tenanted our table during the whole time that we were all seated at our table. Alissa was very quick, obliging and very efficient in all aspects. The bar staff who served us all of our beverages during our dining and sitting period, were all friendly, well mannered and efficient. The overall ambience and the atmosphere of our dining, food buffet, and beverage service and experience at this particular venue, was all pleasant, satisfying thus catering very well for all of our needs during the birthday event. The food buffet, all beverages that we had consumed during that period, were all of good quality and great value for money. The entire service that we had all had received during our entire time, was great. We all will be back there to dine and consume beverages again. Outstanding in EVERY way! Highly recommend for all! I sincerely thank the WHOLE Team at the Redbank Plains Tavern for making my beautiful Mum’s 85th Birthday Celebration & Luncheon I planned for Mum, Kathleen, just yesterday on Monday 29th September, with my beautiful Cousin, Michelle & her darling partner Derek, who are both also very special to me & to my beautiful Mum.

They had the most wonderful, special day together. I have not heard my Mum sound SO happy on the phone when she called me to thank me and to tell me all about it. They had a fabulous day!

They thoroughly enjoyed the most amazing Buffet Lunch! They were SO happy with the SERVICE of ALL the Staff who were ALL simply amazing & outstanding, making Mum, Michelle & Derek feel so welcome and they were made to feel SO special on the day, which is what I wanted for them.

They were served the most beautiful Chilled French Rosé Bubbles 🥂 on arrival as I had planned with Michael the Duty Manager on the day. Thank you 🙏 sincerely, to Michael. I’m SO grateful.

Mum really loved that! She really enjoys a lovely champagne on occasion as I certainly do! 😅

We saw the high rating, gave them a call to confirm details, and took a chance on $35pp buffet and kids under 3 eat free, 2 dinner buffet times at 5:30pm and 7pm, if you have a group larger than 4 you may be asked to clear your table by second round for other guests. No regrets, had 3 full plates of tiger prawns. Even for a pregnant woman, there was a good variety of food. It's not the largest buffet, and if you want to bring a friend here for their birthday, don't promise gourmet Italian pizza or anything fancy. It's a great way to make up a meal for the night if you're short on time and want a big meal that satisfies. There is a playground for kids, our 2 year old loved it, but it does get a little dark at night so we used our flashlight to see around the slide. It's not a long drive from anywhere, we can shop for groceries when we're done eating at the Foodworks across the car park, or Town Square shopping centre other side of the street has woolies, coles, aldi, target and more. The staff were so friendly! All the food was rotated often and full trays to feast from, and they clear your plates for you when you finish. A couple dollars extra for bottomless soda, and there's a free coffee machine, an ice cream machine and candies and sauce toppings, dessert bar with pavlova, jelly, cakes, and pudding, salad bar with pineapple, fruit salad, cold seafood bar with salad has real crab! Cooked cold tiger prawn and oysters plus sauces and lemons, hot bar with pizza, yummy chicken wings, fried calamari, fish fingers, pasta, lasagne, roast pork and roast beef, roast chicken drumsticks, teriyaki stir fry, large spring rolls, not too cheesy broccoli cauliflower, mashed potatoes, chicken parmigiana, and I can't remember but there was more! We sat outside and the temperature was nice, no one else sat outdoors so we had privacy and stayed a little longer as no one was looking to have our table....
