Domino's Pizza Brassall — Restaurant in Ipswich City

We go here quite a bit, apart from uneven toppings, we're generally happy with our pizza. However our last experience was absolutely pathetic! We ordered 2 pizzas and 3 sides online. When we got there, it looked like they had tried to trick customers into thinking they were closed over an hour early. They had put the chairs on the bench without the caution when wet signs, meaning they weren't on the bench due to recent mopping. There was also nothing in the hot box so if you looked through the window they looked closed and the open sign wasn't up either. There was an elderly customer standing waiting, it was obvious he had leg problems and no attempt was made to pull the seats off the bench so he could rest. His younger relative had to tell him to sit in the car, which he did. We picked up our order about 5mins late, the server went round to the back to get our order. Both pizzas were wet and soggy. Even the box was wet and sagging. The 2x churros we ordered were beyond disgusting. Every churro was undercooked, there wasn't even the hint of crunch. The churros were super soggy and to top things off, there was no cinnamon sugar coating on any of them. It was just a pile of undercooked dough with chocolate sauce. The only decent parts of the meal were the chocolate sauce and the drink, which are not made in store. Feel ripped off, especially since i love churros and desert is my fav... not to mention churros are expensive! We couldn't even finish ours and that is really saying something!!! We'll eat some pretty poor quality stuff with a shrug, but that was actually inedible. F*ing...

Awful would not recommend, I ordered at 5:05pm for delivery, I waited until 6pm to call because the website was still on making your order, I then spent 30 minutes on hold to the Brassall store with no answer I decided to drive to the store really fed up at this point. When I got to the store at 6:30pm another person walked in behind me and said they had ordered a delivery at 4:30pm and never received it either. I spoke to someone and told them I was waiting on a delivery and was really disappointed it had taken this long with no pizza still, when I saw the absolute state of the kitchen I decided cold pizza that had probably been cross contaminated at some point was not a good option, I asked for a refund and was told it had to go through head office and I would receive it in 5 business days, I said no that was not good enough you haven't provided a service and as a consumer I am entitled to a full refund, a lady from the kicken piped up and rudely asked if I was a lawyer! I said no but I do know my rights as a consumer and would like a cash refund, at this point she said oh thats fine then and I received a refund. This whole experience was disappointing and disgusting I will never eat at this store again management should be horrified at this because I was not the only person impacted by tonight's mismanagement. I would have to say this is the worst experience I've had with dominos. Tonight we ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides Under the name Cameron. When I arrived it already said online that the food was ready so I went inside to pick up my order. When I got in, I saw one girl doing work, cutting all the pizzas and organising them, she was very polite and told me I'll be served soon. One other girl was asked to serve, she had a mouth full of food and tried to talk to me. I asked to pick up my order and she basically ended up telling me that my sides haven't been done yet so it will be about 5 mins. I waited in the car for 5mins and by this time it had said online that my order was ready 20mins ago. While I was outside I saw a few workers sitting outside and a few workers at IGA. I also saw the girl that had a mouth full of food, walk into the fish and chips shop to grab a back pack, with her gloves on, she then went back inside and used the same gloves to start making food. When I went inside I heard the one girl that was doing work ask if the cheese garlic bread had been put on and she was told that it still hasn't been. I ended up getting given my order by the one girl that was actually doing work.
