Thai Chuan Chim (Princess Thai) At Redbank Plaza — Restaurant in Ipswich City

Second time here. first time was awesome. This time we were seated outside for dinner. After our food arrived, staff began packing up the tables around us. Dragging chairs around and tables too. It was so noisy and rude. We were the only table outside. We were there and ordered before 8pm. Food came out quickly. There would have been plenty of time to pack up after we left as we were done eating fairly quick. What was meant to be a quick family dinner out turned into a disappointing experience. The flavor of the food while good was tainted by this experience. Not worth going back. Not a nice experience and won't be going back. I wasn't expecting silver service as it is what it is, but that behavior and lack of thought for the customer paying money to have a nice meal was...

This is my first time here. I came here with my client. I find the customer service very poor. One lady was working using big head phones. Our table was not set when I took the order. I was sent back with cutlery. And then I was waiting for my table may be some one will get a water and glass. But one lady just passed away from my table and didn’t even bother. So I had to call her but she had big head phone around so she couldn’t listen. And I have to use my hand. Besides that I didn’t like the way the lady in the counter approached me. Even though the food was good it’s always first impression is last impression and customer service...

Ordered delivery via UberEATS this evening, needless to say with a two star rating I’m pretty disappointed. Key points of concern below:

food (pork, chicken and prawn dishes) was cold on arrival crispy pork for the sweet and sour pork was actually tough and dry pork belly chicken in peanut sauce... possibly a white sauce but definitely not a peanut sauce roti was that hard, didn’t flake apart and the I’m not sure if the amount of peanut sauce was correct as there was enough for two pieces of roti however the dish came with four pieces

Won’t be ordering again and can’t recommend anyone else...
