Subway — Restaurant in Kapunda

Today I went in for my usual,6inch chicken and bacon ranch,meat balls as well,Was served today by the usual girl. However the use of gloves was not changed after I watched her touch the door to fridge,door to the cupboard for another container,back to the cuboard for containers for my meat balls then she wiped the side of her pimples on her face,then moved my roll across to put the meat and salad on it,not changing her gloves at all after walking away to get other products then back again! CROSS CONTAMINATION BIG TIME,GERMS ON THE FOOD FROM TOUCHING OTHER STUFF! UNHYGIENIC I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THE KAPUNDA OTR for subway again.I have tolerated enough as well...

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Waited to be served when there was only one other customer. She walks up asks what I want and then ignores me and walks off to do God know what. Comes back after 5 min. Starts cutting bread and I ask her I'm waiting to be served. She goes I am serving you. I then proceed to say okay and place my order of a six inch. Yet she gets two foot longs to start my order. I then say excuse me and repeat my order to her twice!. Finally got the bread right. Same issue following on for the rest of the order. Even manager was present and did and said nothing. I will not be ordering from them ever again. No customer service...

Had subway a couple weeks back but forgot to write the review. Late Sunday night and the young lad...Joshua if I remember rightly was exceptional. It was somewhat busy and being in customer service myself, was extremely impressed with his professional attitude, good customer service skills and attention to detail. He appeared to think jobs ahead making the process very efficient. We were served promptly considering the situational and wanted to applaud him for his service. Not generally a fan of subway or the amount of toppings on the rolls... But this guy...
