Finally, a cafe that doesn't get confused or refuse me when I ordered a Cold Chocolate drink in summer! Cold milk with chocolate. (They even have white chocolate option). Barista/Waiteress Sarah is an absolute charm at her service for me (please let her know), she listens on what I ordered groundedly and made sure I get a seat in her busy cafe I dined in. The Cold chocolate drink (around $7+ with added soy milk) served with a nice cold glass mug and ice was a heavenly drink on earth and worth every drop! The chocolate drink experience I cannot describe in words but it is worth a try, it is made with grounded sense of love energy :) I also love the ellipsoid shape of the ice you use, it is so much better than the cube shape we commonly see in cafes. The cafe atmosphere has a warm humanly grounded and organic plant feel with organic plants around the cafe walls and support of local organic shops can be seen. One thing I could suggest for improvement is if you're doing environmental sustainability actions please have it promoted all around your cafe as I would love to see it! :)

Been to the plant cafe many times and every time it’s been fantastic!!! Most recently for Mother’s Day, my sister and I treated to my mum and Nana with breakfast and once again the service and food were amazing 🤩 Just wanted to give recognition to the lovely staff in particular Katie and Alex, Mother’s Day was especially busy and there was a wait time with our food and Alex was so nice in letting us know and offering some complementary drinks for the inconvenience (even though it wasn’t a inconvenience at all!! It was super busy so we totally understood that there might be a wait 😊) Katie was also super lovely and made a bit of small talk with us even though she was super busy and I hope her shift went well for the rest of the day That plant cafe is our go to cafe because of the service and the food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ obviously I will be back soon

Beware. Unpleasant experience. We came in at 1.50pm (place shuts at 4pm on a friday), we ordered at 2pm, to be told then the kitchen had closed and only drinks and cake available. The drinks were fine and cake ok. We also ordered from the fridge the Chia Pudding and Yoghurt. They obviously forgot about it as we had to remind them after 25 minutes. There were no other customers after us. It took all of five seconds for them to serve the pudding. The last thing to come was the ham and cheese crossaint, 30 minutes after original order. :( The staff were apologetic, but disorganised. 90% of tables were dirty and uncleared. Could hardly notice the plants with this service. See picture.

We asked for them to make our meals vegan and asked how many shots were in iced lattes hoping for three only to have them put non vegan icecream in our lattes only to replace them with what seemed to just be syrup and milk. Our meals were not bad considering they didnt have the plant based Paddys or bacon for our toastie and burger. But honestly left disappointed that the most satisfying thing we had from the meal was the crunch box selection of cheesecakes we ordered. All in a all quite disappointed in the whole experience not feeling like I got 65 dollars worth out of it.

In response to your response you did not serve us first someone else did and we specified and ordered after asking about how many shots were in your coffee that we wanted 3. You guys without asking put non vegan icecream in them which led to you needing to make new ones which did not have the strength of coffee that we ordered which you who started serving us at that point gave us a horrible attitude about having to replace them.

And not only all this you decide to respond like this just makes me wish I could give you lower than one star as I run a business myself and this is not how you speak to people who have a complaint about your bad service. If you cant take criticism then don't run a business in customer service. Also when it comes to you not having the stock for numerous vegan options on your menu that you advertise that's also a huge letdown as your business being "plant cafe" clearly catering for vegan apparentally failed to do so. Dont worry we will not be returning thanks to the way you have handled the complaint...

In response to your ridiculous second response. For starters she was the one who took the coffee and had the bad attitude when we asked for it to be remade she had the bad attitude and came back to ask if she could just take the icecream which for my pregnant partner is clearly unacceptable. Just for the new coffees to be made with no coffee in them just for her to aimlessly top them up with some premade espresso out of a bottle she just pulled out of the fridge (that is not 3 shots by the way she made me drink the milk down to poor it) secondly the patty being out of stock is one thing but selling my partner a BLT just to find out once served there is apparentally no vegan bacon either is another thing.

The fact that your attitude and unaccountablity is this bad says alot.no wonder you had to...

Thought we would give this place a go and take my friend and son there because I had read good things plus got an advertisement saying amazing customer service.

Rang up in the morning to book a table but when we arrived was told there was no booking. However they had room so no big deal. Was freezing cold inside for a very wet winters day not warm like you might expect. Ordered our drinks and food. Took a decent amount of time about 15- 20 minutes for our drinks to come out when it wasn’t particularly busy. Drinks came out five minutes apart and no whipped cream on the boozy hot chocolate or chocolate shavings nor was it velvety hot chocolate more like like warm supermarket brand hot chocolate. Same as the peppermint hot chocolate hardly an after dinner mint level drink.

The staff then tried to deliver us the wrong meals. When our actual first two meals came out (took about 35 to 40 minutes) they asked if that was it which we then had to tell them no. We then waited another five or so minutes for the third meal to come out. The waffles were ok but the serving of fruit is one strawberry so thinly sliced you can’t pick them up while also tasting like they were cut with a garlic knife and two blue berries. Certainly looks nothing like what they present online.

As my friend said it was ok but won’t be rushing back there anytime soon and nothing to rave about so was a bit disappointed overall...

Review is from a few months ago and may have changed since.

Thought we would try this place again after they moved. The new premise is much nicer and better, but still feels like it's missing "something". But still a massive improvement.

We ordered a bacon and egg burger which says it comes with a sourdough roll. We received it (quickly!) With a regular burger bun. We queried this and they reported that their supplier no longer delivers this, but they did offer to change to a wrap if preferred at the time. Being told this at the counter would have been best, so we could have chosen the other bread option available which was a wrap, instead of remaking it.

The bacon was cooked but just barely, but was a thick piece of bacon. The lettuce was still watery and the cheese was a little spare.

Something that could be whipped up at home, but not in a good way.

The "fresh" yoghurt/granola which was seasonal fruit, looked like it had sat there for a while, with the fruits starting to bleed into the yoghurt.

The frozen/not fresh yoghurt is fine but when you're other half is pregnant it is a concern.

The coffees were good, above average for the area.

The prices are cheap, even to the point where I think they could raise prices, especially if that meant better or higher...
