Tippy's Pizza — Restaurant in Kelmscott

Ordered @ 6:38pm got told it would be an 1hr 10 mins. Gave them a call at 8:03pm to find out where the pizza was? Got told it should be there in 5 mins to 10 mins... Again no pizza. Gave them another call 8:23pm got put onto the Store Manager. Told us that the driver came to the house and knocked a couple of times and called me several times to no avail... So driver returned to the store... I informed the store manager that no one knocked on the door and I have no missed calls. He requested my number again and it was a number out... Said he would send the driver back out and it should be 15mins I said what with the same pizza?? We have in the past received a luke warm pizza from your shop.. Informed us quite curtly that he could put another pizza in the oven but it would be over half hr... Which we found WAY too long... For we were starving at this point and his reaction to us feeling this way was nonchalant and we really felt that he really didn't care about the situation I believe that his people and management skills were left wanting. If I could leave some positive criticism for the manager of the store.... You need to work on your customer service and how your tone of voice is received... I acknowledge that some effort was made but it just made worse by the way you talked us. Sorry won't be recommending or coming back...

We live in the country & on occasions when we are leaving perth we stop & buy Tippys pizza in Kelmscott, a treat for us normally as usually so yummy. I stopped today 10th May, waiting for them to open as I had guests arriving when I got home so thought great pizzas for dinner ----- Well!!!!! what a disappointment, don't know what they have changed since we bought them last, but whatever, they need to change it back. I got 2 the works & 1 chefs special ( which is what we usually get), & I have never tasted anything so bland, none of them had any flavour, don't know if they missed off the sauce or what or what they have changed, but it's for the worst. Will hate to have to go back to domino's. What a...

After last year's hiatus the business seems to have changed hands. I only ordered once after that but it was noticeable difference. Upset customers waiting far too long for their orders, the nice Aboriginal teen who used to run the counter was replaced with an Indian.

Incompetence that was never before seen at this establishment was running rampant. Get told 20 minutes on the phone but come to find it's not even close to ready.

It's very unfortunate when people come in and purchase a business that's existed for decades and built up such a great reputation in the local area. At least don't be dishonest and call it Rajneesh's Pizza or whatever so people know what they're...
