Domino's Pizza Kurri Kurri — Restaurant in Kurri Kurri

I have ordered from kurri kurri dominos many times and yes it has been hit and miss. Tonight our order was definitely below average. The two pizzas we ordered one being meatlovers was fine as was the garlic bread. But our second pizza thin n crispy supreme was well below standard. It literally barely had any ingredients on it. If it had the amount of ingredients it was working with it would have been fine also. Not usually one to complain but there have been a few issues with our last orders which makes us resistant to order again anytime soon. It is just disappointing as when their pizza's are made correctly we do very much enjoy them. Sorry Kurri Domino's but who has the cash to gamble or waste on below average meals...

Ordered $70 worth of food which included 3 extra-large pizzas and 4 sides. The pizzas were decent but 3 of the 4 sides we got were extremely disappointing.

Two of them were absolutely inedible.

These were the churros we got, burnt to the point of bitterness and onion rings were salted so much that no amount of dusting it off made it palatable. The hotdogs, although not great, were at least consumable.

When we contacted the restaurant to express our dissatisfaction with the churros and onion rings, wanting to return them but were told "We called up too frequently and they aren't able to refund or credit."

We only ever called up when the food is THIS bad. Avoid buying from this place unless you want to roll the dice on...

Unbelievably poor customer service , Coles frozen pizzas offer better quality and this store doesn’t deliver on promises. Honestly peoples by pass this dominos and buy from the local pizzeria in Kurri - they actually care and the quality is 1000% better. So many issues over the last 6 months but this one is just plain shameful - my wife orders and pays on line , I arrive and pick up and told I need to pay. Next day my wife credit card charges and mine to - so we paid twice for pizzas which were very substandard. We ring the store, they confirm two transactions for one orders and say they will credit my wife’s online domino account - surprise surprise never happened.
