Tony's Pizza Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Kyabram

We are from wodonga and were visiting friends on the 3rd of January. We did a phone order for delivery. We were told 30- 45 minutes. After 40 minutes, a staff member rang to say there were no wedges. Ok. Just ignore that part. So how long till our dinner is here?? 20 minutes. After waiting another 30 minutes the phone call was made asking where the food was. We are waiting on chicken wings. We didn't order chicken wings. So the friend and I go for a drive to the shop. Nothing had been started. We kept getting told how busy they were yet 2 staff were standing there doing nothing...

2 hours later, we FINALLY WALK OUT WITH FOOD that was meant to be delivered. We had 5 little people at home that were waiting for their dinner and once finally getting to eat had to go to bed. The order would have been $120 easily. We paid $50 DEFINANTLY NEVER GOING BACK...

1st time coming in for takeaway. Came for Lasagna and margherita, Told the lasagna was no longer available. (Might want to remove it from online and menu boards in store) Order margherita with extra fresh tomatoes. There was only about 10 quarts of cherry tomatoes on the whole pizza. overall pizza cheese was not cooked all the way and it lacked flavor. The pizza is OK here. Everything else about this place is not. I use a private number for work but they suddenly don't accept orders from private numbers. They advertise one price for the food and charge another. When questioned about the price change they offer excuses where any other place would offer the advertised rate. As a regular of this place, I also don't recognise any of the staff that I spoke to today. Tonys used to be the one that I would recommend, but...
