Customer service is beyond poor. I wish places like this would go out of business that have no concept of how to be courteous or professional. A very sour young girl with a bull ring in her nose has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered in hospitality (rolled her eyes, gave me dirty looks from the start and got my order wrong 3 times even after correcting her) and when I complained to management about the rude service I received she made excuses for her being new and clearly aware of the issues as she sad they were trying to work it out of her, instead of apologising on her behalf or showing any concern that her front line staff behaved in such an appalling manner. The lack of regard and respect clearly starts at the top and works its way down. This is also not the first instance of rude substandard service I have received there. I pop in regularly. Today however, my experience left a lot to be desired. I asked for an Italian Classic roll, hand and salad sandwich on white, 1 apricot danish and 1 custard danish. After paying and collecting my goods I noticed the girl had only packed the apricot danish. When we got home, Mowbray, to open our lunch I was very disappointed to see that she had given me a ham and cheese sandwich. good flat white + donut + free wi-fi

this banjos is l-shaped, and has more outdoor seating than most banjos i’ve seen. otherwise, it has all the amenities and the look you’d expect from a banjos.
