Noodle Box Kings Meadows — Restaurant in Launceston

This place used to be great. However, in the last year or so I feel the quality and service/attitude of certain employees has dropped. We used to order here all the time, but the last two times we ordered food here and were given nasty, musty tasting shrimp in our food. We complained, and they offered to replace the food. so some time later when we returned, they actually complained that they had to replace it, and guess what. MORE nasty shrimp. This behavior is NOT ok Noodle Box, FAR from it. So usually, this is the part where the disgruntled reviewer swears they aren't going back ever again. Ordered noodles and their yummy chicken dim sim, however when we arrived home we realised that they had failed to add the dim sims. No problem, people tend to forget things thats okay, anyhoo went back in to pickup dim sim and was accused to lying and that we'd already picked up their dim sims, absolute poor customer service very rude and typical business in Tasmania, I'd imagine if "Noodle Box" had competition down here they would play a different tune. I should have turned around and walked out as soon as I saw the bibles in the corner. Ordered the fried chicken. Says 6 pieces, what you’re actually getting is 3 tiny chicken wings (1 wing makes 2 pieces). I’m not angry about that though. It’s the stinginess that really got me.
