Brown Boyz Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Lismore

I am visiting from Sydney and thought to shout my kind hosts to an Indian meal at home. We saw the restaurant in town and it looked clean and brand new, with a striking shop front. We perused the menu and rang to ask for details as the description of the dishes was scant. A lovely woman answered our enquiries and took the order letting me know that it would take 1/2 hour delivery. In fact it took 1 hour (I had to call back to enquire and we ordered early -6.21pm) When the food finally arrived it was cold, there was no chicken in the glutinous chicken masala sauce, the lamb cigars were really tough like a warmed up 2 week old meat concoction, the potato dish was truly awful, I could not find the silverfish in the dish and nothing was spicy enough. Great dining experience. The food was fantastic. The VEG MANCHURIAN we had for entree was spectacular, will be back just to have that again. The baramundi pakora was also most delicious. As mains we had a vegetarian korma, the Malabar fish curry and the chicken rogan josh. All three meals were wonderful.

The service was polished and friendly, the restaurant setting clean and crisp. All up a very enjoyable time, making Brown Boyz one of our favorite...

Absolutely amazing experience. The customer service was attentive without being annoying, with much kindness and generosity. Food came out quickly and took our breath away. My Chicken Tikka Masala was slightly spicy without taking away from the delicious flavours, and the chicken itself was mouth melting. My partner's Lamb Vindaloo was apparently bursting with flavour, with very tender meat. Everything was really just amazing, and we will be coming back...
